Prime location in the heart of Spring Creek Mountain Village that offers great opportunities for walking into town and exploring. Exercise Room is available on the 1st floor and an incredible outdoor hot tub.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE
*100% refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
* 50% refund for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
* Original Transaction Processing Fees: Stripe`s processing fees from the original transaction will not be returned. These fees are non-refundable.
* Refund Issuance Fees: There will be an additional charge of 2% + $0.30 for issuing refunds, as per Stripe`s refund policy.
* Hostaway Application Fee: Hostaway imposes a 1% fee of the total reservation cost for processing cancellations.
