Newly renovated with a modern finish. Enjoy being a few steps from the mountain and its iconic village. Extremely cozy place with a bedroom (queen bed), sofa bed (very comfortable). Bathroom with bath-shower and everything you need (towels, washcloths, shampoo, dryer). Unlimited High speed internet WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix. Heated floor for winter and Air conditioning. Outdoor space with bistro table 2 chairs and locked storage at your disposal.

The chalet is privately for you!
Dedicated 1 private parking spot. please place parking pass on from dash.
Cars without parking pass will be towed by Condo association.
Exterior ski locker with lock.
Keypad private entry with outdoor bistro table for 2.(seasonal)
Chairlifts and village a 2 minute walk.

2 minute walk to versant soleil charilift,cabriolet, SAQ, shops,restos, Starbucks, Beaver tails pastry, Crepes, Pizza shops, all within 5 minute walk.
Winter skating open in village.

Parking pass in condolet to be placed on front dashboard of your vehicle.

PET FINES OF $100 per day by Condo association.

CONDO ASSOCIATION HAS A TOWING POLICY FOR UNAUTHORIZED CARS.

Parking Lot C. 2097 parking spot. please return parking pass to condo prior
to your departure.

2097 parking spot is at end of lot on your left.

Please fill, use Dishwasher PODS only and turn on dishwasher and take out garbage please. Garbage bins to the right side when you exit condo in the parking B.


In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.


*We do not provide any firewood or propane.*

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

We have very strict house rules. Please be sure to respect the following house rules to avoid any penalties or fines. Guests who disrespect any house rules will be removed from the property during their stay with NO REFUND. All guests must be fully checkout out PRIOR to 11:00 AM on the day of their checkout.

- Please be aware of our neighbours, no loud noise allowed after 10pm
- Guests are expected to leave the property in the SAME condition as it was found. Any damages will be charged, and any extra cleaning/large mess will result in charges due to extra cleaning.

All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins.

Please leave our property in the state you found it in.
Please make sure to put parking pass in your car
Please make sure to take off your shoes in the chalet
Please place the parking pass on your front dashboard.
Also at departure please bring the Parking pass back to the condo for the next guest.
Please take out the garbage (the bins are in the parking lot next to the condolet, to the right when you exit the front door).
