The open floor plan kitchen has granite counters, full sized stainless appliances, and white shaker cabinets . There is beautiful coastal luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and a state-of-the-art tiled bathtub. You will enjoy your vacation at this villa. The villa is located on the quiet marsh side of the resort and is just steps away from the beach and pool.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. Enjoy the Summertime fun at HHBT. Monday night movies at the pool, Wednesday night karaoke, and Thursday afternoon pool party. There are 4 Tennis Courts and 8 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
