Si vous recherchez le meilleur logement locatif Ă  Myrtle Beach, vous devez vĂ©rifier cette unitĂ© ... totalement rĂ©novĂ©e et rĂ©novĂ©e en bord de mer, unitĂ© de coin situĂ©e dans la section Crescent de North Myrtle Beach ... aucune dĂ©pense, aucune! a Ă©tĂ© Ă©pargnĂ© pour faire de cet appareil le de 73 pouces TV Ă  Ă©cran plat dans le salon et 50 pouces dans toutes les chambres, y compris WiFi gratuit. Si vous louez Ă  Sea Side, vous devez vĂ©rifier si ce propriĂ©taire a mis en place l’unitĂ© avec un divan sectionnel Ă  une extrĂ©mitĂ© du salon face Ă  la grande tĂ©lĂ©vision, une table Ă  manger pour 6 tabourets de bar et un second coin bord de l'ocĂ©an! Ce qui est Ă©tonnant dans les unitĂ©s d'extrĂ©mitĂ© de cette propriĂ©tĂ© avec les 3BR, ce sont les fenĂȘtres du sol au plafond qui vont d'un bout Ă  l'autre du salon! Une grande attention a Ă©tĂ© accordĂ©e Ă  votre confort dans les yeux saisissant incroyablement magnifique condo que le propriĂ©taire maintient mĂ©ticuleusement. La zone de vie est de mur Ă  mur et les vues sont extrĂȘmes

Seaside est un condo de style boutique et constitue sans aucun doute la meilleure propriĂ©tĂ© de North Myrtle Beach ... la propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de tous les Ă©quipements, dont une connexion Wi-Fi, des piscines intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, des jacuzzis, une riviĂšre artificielle, un restaurant sur place, tous enveloppĂ©s dans le bĂątiment le plus attrayant sur la plage... Il s’agit de l’un des 68 logements que nous louons Ă  Seaside. Les trois logements que nous louons Ă  Seaside sont les meilleurs du bĂątiment.

North Ocean Front Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented this particular condo now for 4 years running. It is in a small building, not a lot of noise and/or children. The view is what really brings me back. We scrap book and can see the ocean from view point or ocean front. Absolutely beautiful. Since there are two living rooms, we can set up our scrap booking items and work stations in one area and still have a living room in the other area for comfort to those not scrap booking. It is very roomy and on the top floor.

Tvs need to have instructions on how to set or program. There are 3 remotes in each room. Took 2 days to get someone to program remotes and my room never got working the entire week. Luckily, the main rooms worked. Pools are kept very clean and complimentary pool towels are very nice feature.

The large floor to ceiling windows in the living room area provided spectacular views of the ocean from the comfort of the AC room! There was plenty of space for our entire group hang out and relax. The unit is on the older side and could use a few updates, but overall, very nice. We would stay there again!

We always try to find a new place to stay due to not finding one we loved. But this one has been by far the best. The views are breathtaking and the room is huge. We will most definitely be staying here again. Only thing I can say is the beds are hard and water pressure in the master bathroom is slim to none. But other than that no complaints at all

2025 Scrap Book Vacation

You can see up the coast without anything obstructing your view. The birds fly and hang right outside your window and balcony. It has two living room areas for those who want to watch tv on one end and those who want to socialize on the other.Great location!

Master bath stool did not flush properly. Not enough place settings for number of people who can stay. No extra paper supplies or trash bags. Late arrival only issued 2 keys. Luxury description is questionable.

Sea Side Resort Condo

3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo with 2 living rooms, 4 large flat screen TV's, & an oceanfront pool. The property is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach & is easy to access. In general the property is aging & is needing some maintenance. The unit we rented was listed as a luxury unit & no doubt was back in the day. The living rooms have green curtains & gold carpet both of which are wore out. The furniture in living room with the TV was in good shape & comfortable. However, the furniture in the living room that faces the ocean is wore out. The kitchen appliances need replacing. The sheetrock needs to be repaired in places & the entire condo needs to be painted. The tile flooring & kitchen counter tops are nice. Like I already said, there's an outdoor pool plus an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, & a lazy river. They provide pool towels & there's a pool boy/girl that does a good job keeping things picked up & the pool furniture in order. The lady I encountered at the front desk in the lobby was very professional, friendly, & helpful.

Siblings Spring Beach

Scrap Girls Vaca

The view was amazing! The employees were all very kind. We loved the two separate living spaces. This was perfect for our yearly scrapbooking vacation! We will definitely rent this room again. Only downside is that the parking spaces are very small. Suggest bringing a vehicle no larger than the size of a crossover, otherwise, you will need to park across the street.

Great Resort and Location But Needs Updates

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort for 3 years now, each time renting through Carolina Resorts Realty. The unit we usually rent was unavailable this year, so we had to choose a different but similar unit. Unfortunately, after picking up the keys and unloading everything and proceeding up 14 floors, we found that the unit had not been cleaned. It was not a great start, but a crew came and addressed the problem. We love the layout of these ocean front units with lots of windows. There is room to spread out, cook breakfast and of course, a great view. We did not like this unit as much as the one we usually stay in. This one is in need of a good deep cleaning- there was a lot of dust on furniture and food splatters on the wall behind the trash can. The unit also needs some updates. One barstool was broken, there were some holes in the walls, and almost all of the couch cushions and pillows had holes in them. We like this resort and its amenities, but we would not choose to rent this particular unit in the future. Some updates would improve the experience!

An Expensive and Time-Consuming Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this condo due to description and photographs that were not accurate. This resort did not have the kid friendly slides advertised. Additionally, the condo is in a building with only two elevators that were super slow. Was able to check in at the last minute due to cleaning of the unit but it was evident it had not been occupied in a while. The coffee machine was inoperable and prior guests had left a note with broken mschine that they had put together a coffee maker out of mix matched items. The unit does have a very nice view and layout but extra blankets were soiled and the dryer not working properly. This was advertised as recently remodeled unit but it clearly had the 80s and 90s feel to it. Anyone could invest 500 dollars in a trip to Walmart and significantly improve the condo but there does not appear to be any desire to have repeat guests.I had to check in off site and was treated as if they were doing me a favor. The advertised restaurant on site is a breakfast only place with limited options. Going in , I knew I was paying a premium but it would have been nice to wrap up with clean blankets and drink a cup of coffee. Im glad my stay was only for a night, would not recommend this unit to anyone and would opt to not extend my stay at the beach if this were the only option available.

Great location but severely outdated unit

The overall location and property were amazing. The unit itself was in poor condition. The couches had rips in the cushions and were filthy. Kitchen is extremely outdated; handles onpots and pans loose and safety hazard. Dishwasher is not set in counter properly and must hold the dishwasher in place under the counter to tuen it on and hope it works. Tubs were moldy, bathroom doors don’t lock. Small refrigerator and cooling button broken so couldn’t regulate the fridge. Food in fridge consistently frozen as we’re freezer items(freezer burned after 4 days). The pull out couch didn’t have any linens. Had to ale sheets and blankets from other beds to utilize the pull out sofa. This is a beautiful location but a disappointment that it was so outdated.

Beautiful views, lacking in some things

Good- Beautiful views from all rooms! Large rooms, showers good, furniture good and enough, close to activities, etc., covered parking and close Not so good- very limited supplies in kitchen, narrow parking, tvs not usable, no response to request about tvs, no broom, not hear fire alarm from inside.

Never rent from this realty company

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family rented Seaside condo 1403 from Carolina Resorts Realty for a long weekend. The room has a nice view and the layout good but we had issues that were not addressed by the rental agency. The wide-screen TV which was one of the key attractions in the room had major screen distortions that made it impossible to watch. Also, the room had a very musty, moldy smell which means there is a significant environmental issue. The tv issue was reported immediately to the rental agency who said they would need to contact the owner to have serviced. There was no further contact from them for the entire weekend except when I called to follow up. Supposedly they “had not heard from the owners” which I believe was a known issue that was not disclosed to us. We asked them for an adjustment to our bill but the agency owner Keith relayed the message (rather than calling us) that “the tv is not a necessary component of the room”. However the tv is an incentive that is considered when selecting a unit just as is the furniture and other amenities. The mold issue was only disclosed at check in when they said “you can unplug the dehumidifier if it makes too much noise”. Overall, I would never rent Seaside condo 1403 again and certainly would not rent from this agency. It is hard to imagine how they have been in business more than 20 years with this kind of customer service.

A Devil In Disguise

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not stay in that unit or the facility again! Condo was very dirty, torn couches, broken items, very outdated, nasty pots and pans, so many things wrong, extremally hard parking, Good things, view, good amenaties.

Great vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this rental, stay for few years now. Great location and very quite and made for families. Unit could use some fresh touches. Paint, furniture and extra deep cleaning.
