Escape to this stunning slice of paradise on the desirable Bankers Island Spit, where 300 feet of level Lake Tapps waterfront and sweeping views await! Nearly every room in this bright, open-concept home offers breathtaking views of the lake.

The spacious living/great room features a cozy fireplace and a stylish bar area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A formal dining room opens directly to the expansive back deck through sliding glass doors. The open kitchen boasts a large island, perfect for gathering and meal prep.

Upstairs, the private primary suite overlooks the lake and includes a full bathroom. The main level offers three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving everyone space to spread out comfortably.

Step outside to your own lakefront oasis, complete with a hot tub, wood-burning fire pit for roasting marshmallows, and a large deck with incredible views of the mountain. Two private docks provide easy access for swimming, paddleboarding, or just soaking in the sunset.

Just minutes from HWY 410, shopping, dining, and entertainment—including the Muckleshoot Casino & Resort (only 15 minutes away)!

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main house, deck, yard, and both docks. There is also guest access to the side of the garage that has water toys and outdoor games.

Other Things to Note:
We do NOT allow Pets.
We do NOT allow over 8 people at the home during any part of the stay unless prior approval.
• Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety.
• All TVs are connected to Wi-Fi for easy streaming (Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc.).
• This peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood is perfect for evening strolls or bike rides.

Fantastic Location

The house was exactly as described. Clean spaces, bright and cozy. Kitchen had everything you could need, hot tub was warm and the view and overall vibe was absolutely perfect. This would be the best summer time getaway at the lake, we will absolutely be back!

Can’t say enough good things about this property and the host! It has every amenity you could want, beautiful views, comfy beds and plenty of space! Being on the water was such a treat! The house and furnishings were very nice and comfortable! And Host was very responsive to all questions! Can’t wait to book another stay next time we’re in town! Best of the Best!

Lakeside perfection

We loved our stay here. The home itself is immaculate and clean and property is impressive with waterfront on both sides of it. The home comes stocked with everything you could possibly need In the kitchen, for sleeping and for outdoor fun. At night we enjoyed watching the kids jump off the nearby bridge while having a cocktail on the patio. We have already booked this house for later this summer, it was that good.

Beautiful house & location!

We loved the house and the wonderful location on the lake. However, we need to note that the master shower has a big problem with the availability of hot water! We both ran out of hot water each time we took a shower...after just a few minutes! Also, there is no guest closet in the master bedroom so no place to hang clothes. Other than that it is a great place to vacation!

This place is Amazing. I love how it’s the corner house of the area of the lake. There’s an area where no one really drives their boat or jet ski through so you don’t have to worry so much when the kids are in the water. I love the modern look, instructions and details on where to find things and how to operate anything in the house. If you still couldn’t figure it out, Shawna and Clint are one call away. They’re super friendly, easy to talk to and you can tell they’re family oriented. The people around are friendly as well. My daughters absolutely loved this place as soon as we walked in. The views were gorgeous especially with the sunrise. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful time. Now they are asking to come here every summer. lol.. What a great experience this was with lots of fun love and laughter. Memories and pictures that will last forever. I highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed.
