We are actively addressing both items right now - currently reviewing and updating our linen and laundry procedures for the upcoming season to ensure towels are generously stocked for every group. Additionally, we are performing a complete inventory audit of the kitchen to make sure pots, pans, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly stocked. ​We really appreciate your valuable input, as it helps us continuously improve. Numeric keypads make check-ins so much easier and convenient for guests - especially groups. Instead of sharing a key, you share a secure code. We are so happy you and your husband enjoyed yourselves. Thanks for being awesome guests. We already have you on the calendar for 2027 and hope to get you back next year, too!

Thanks a lot for your review, Debra. The parking space in the back of the cottage fits one vehicle, and we also provide two on-street parking permits for on-street parking right out front!

Penn Realty's team works remotely, which allows us to be available literally every day - all day, for our guests. Our cleaning team is in Mount Gretna daily, and our managers live local. We also maintain an office in Mount Gretna for scheduled meetings. We are sorry we missed you in person. In the future, please don't hesitate to reach out through VRBO if we can help you at all during your stay. There had been some confusion as to where trash/recycling bins should be put for collection. The bins are collected from the back side of the cottage, not the front. We are very sorry for the mix-up and will remove the note or make it clearer.

July was even hotter than usual in Mount Gretna, and we hate that there were issues with the air conditioning - we only wish you would have contacted us sooner. When you let us know around 9 pm the 2nd night, we made sure the owner was made aware the following morning, and even with weather above 90 degrees, and extremely busy HVAC companies, we convinced one to squeeze us in the very next day. We realize when it is so hot outside, air conditioning is critical - we are grateful they were able to help so quickly. The cottage receives preventative maintenance, with the air conditioning filter being replaced regularly, but with heavy use during a hot summer, a freon charge and fresh filter were much needed!

As a newer rental cottage this season, we love your description of the cottage and it's location within the heart of Mount Gretna - the restaurants, playgrounds, and an ice cream shop just a short walk away.
