HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fee, a claim for damages, and immediate removal from property.
2. No parties or events of any kind â this includes âsocial gatheringsâ of any kind.
3. No loud music.
4. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
5. Please, no shoes on carpeted areas.
6. Please close and lock all doors before leaving the home.
7. Pets: Pets are allowed at the discretion of the host. Please inquire first. If allowed, there is a separate fee of:
* $25 per night for 3 nights or less
* $100 for reservations over 3 nights
* $100/month for multi-month reservations
Only one pet per reservation is allowed. For multiple pets or discounts for longer stays, please inquire. Unauthorized pets: $75/night and immediate removal from the property without a refund of remaining nights.
8. Unapproved Late Check-Out: Every 30 min after 11 AM will incur an additional $75 charge. This is a fee and does NOT award you possession of the property.
9. We understand that accidents happen. Please notify the Host immediately of any breaks, spills, or stains in the home.
10. All problems, including inadequate cleaning and damage, must be reported in writing within 24 hours of check-in for host/prior guests to be held responsible. Host reserves the right to enter premises at any time to effect necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance. Any reported complaint, addressed to either the booking platform or the Hosts, about the property or cleanliness thereof, grants the host/agent authorization to access the property to remediate the situation. Barring the host from entry in order to fix or solve a reported problem is a violation of house rules.
11. Locals MUST contact the host before booking. No third-party bookings of any kind. Only the person that has booked is allowed to check in.
12. Reservation: You must have a working phone number to book a stay at this property. The full name and contact information is required for all adults staying at this property. Guests not included on reservation are not permitted in the home without approval. Additional charge of $50/night/guest or temporary visitor not included on reservation.
13. Amenities: Third-party amenities, such as hydro, gas, and internet, and including Roku, Netflix, and other streaming devices, are beyond our control. If you must have 100% reliable internet during your stay, we suggest that you bring your personal Wi-Fi hotspot with you as a backup. In the event of service interruption beyond our control, including but not limited to device failure, you agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you seek compensation of any kind, including partial or complete refunds for any such interruption.
14. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Use of property/community amenities, including but not limited to the pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym (if applicable) is at your own risk.
15. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
16. There will be a minimum handling fee of $100, plus the cost of shipping and packaging for anything you request to be returned. Requests must be made within 48 hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
17. Mail service is not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS.
18. Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund.
19. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
20. Leaving the home excessively dirty â $100 fee.
21. Lost house key, fob, or parking pass (if applicable) will result in a $250 replacement fee.
22. The wood-burning stove in the sunroom is not permitted for guest use. Do not attempt to light or operate it at any time.
23. Violations of the house rules will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund of remaining nights. Early guest removal due to violation of house rules â $250.
