Azores luxury São Roque house near water and at edge of Ponta Delgada

A newly renovated 2-bedroom luxury townhouse in São Roque with an annex that includes an extra bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. **To have access to the annex, you need to put 5 guests (even if you have less than 5 guests), if not, the annex will stay locked**

In the main house, the bedrooms are on the top floor, which is at street level. The first bedroom is smaller but includes a queen bed. The second bedroom is large and has an en suite bathroom that includes a large bath. The larger bedroom also has sliding doors to a terrace with a small view of the ocean.

Downstairs, there is a living room with TV, a dining room and kitchen with peninsula bench seating. There is a small laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. There is also full bath downstairs with a shower.

The kitchen leads to a large patio with outdoor table, barbecue and grassy yard. We have an outdoor shower (cold water only) and a lovely hammock to relax.

At the back of the garden is a large private annex annex studio with queen bed, sofa, kitchenette and private bath. The house is along a walking/bike path and only a 15 min (1.1km) walk to the beach and a 25 minute (1.7km) walk to port of Ponta Delgada.
