This exquisite home boasts two master suites, one with a king bed and an attached bath. The master suites features a Queen bed a private rooftop patio and a dedicated workstation, providing a serene retreat for work or relaxation.

Two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with twin-over-full bunk beds and trundle pull-outs, making them ideal for children or extra guests. On the first level, you’ll find a private room with a beautifully designed queen bed and a full bath just outside the door, ensuring comfort and convenience for all.

Townhouse Homes Package Pricing:
• Winter (January 1, 2025 - April 30, 2025 and October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025) = $100.
• Spring (May 1, 2025- May 25, 2025)= $150.
• Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26, 2025 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7, 2025) = $200.
• Fall (September 8, 2025, September 30, 2025) = $150.

Facility Passes Included

This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming or experience any issues with appliances, HVAC systems, electrical components, or cleanliness, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly and provide photographic evidence. We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given.
