All amenities are open to you as my guest. As soon as you arrive at the resort, we will be vigilant to attend to your every need. Since we are remote, you can always contact us via telephone. However, the quickest way to be attended to is the professional front desk staff in the lobby. Once you check in again, you have the same privileges as an owner. When staying as our guest at the St John Westin you will have all the services, amenities, and privileges as the unit owners. Remember, you are at a five-star hotel, and you will find help with all your requests from the front desk and their team of concierges. You should be aware there may be a small resort fee paid directly to the front desk upon arrival. There also may be an additional daily fee for parking as well. Of course, I will always be available by phone should you need further assistance. Resort have various room types and sizes. Sleeping arrangements may be converted. Must ask in advance. EX: Two twins usually can be converted to a king.
