Step into this charming Lowcountry home and enjoy the beautiful fountain and views of Deer Lake.  The large back deck (updated in April 2025) is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or grilling up a “home-cooked” meal for the family.  In the evenings, gather around the firepit for storytelling, smores and enjoying the fresh island air. 
A short walk or golf cart ride will get you to the nearby community playground and pool, hiking trails and of course the amazing beaches of Fripp Island. Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, small ice chest, and beach towels are included.
Inside this recently renovated property you’ll find soaring ceilings and large open concept living all centered around a cozy fireplace.  There is plenty of room for 6 guests in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.  The kitchen has everything you need for quick snack or special occasion dinners and the adjacent dining area is warm and inviting. All new appliances in the kitchen as well as new washer and dryer.
The primary ensuite has a king bed along with a full bath that was just updated in 2024.  The queen and twin guest rooms share a full bath (updated late 2024).
If you have a furbaby, be sure and pack his or her treats as this property is pet friendly. 
Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more. A 6-seater golf cart is included so everyone can ride together. 
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval. 

MAXIMUM 2 CARS CAN PARK AT THIS HOME.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail.  Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all.  Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse.  Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.

We were so impressed with this house! Everything in the listing was accurate but what we were most impressed with was the cleanliness. This was our 4th year coming to Fripp and we noticed everything was SO CLEAN- down to the baseboards & other surfaces that most rentals miss. We will be back at this rental! Another thing we noticed is there were plenty of kitchen essentials- pans, rubber ware, etc.

Nice spot

We loved the house, very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the listing at the time we book did not specify that amenity cards were not available with this property and that parking was limited. The property manager was able to find us alternate parking in the neighborhood, but our family was noT able to enjoy our vacation as planned without access to resort pools, restaurants, or golf courses. We were not made aware of this until after booking and the host was not willing to let us switch to a different property with access to the amenity cards for purchase. The house was lovely, but had the listing been accurate we would have chosen a different property so that our out of town family could have enjoyed the activities they had planned on.

We are so glad you loved the house. It is our personal home and we do not use the resort’s amenities. We have further adjusted the listing language to make it more clear to guests that they do not have access to the resort. Fripp offers so many fun options without the resort. You can learn all about them on Fripp Island Stay. Many homes at Fripp and other vacation destinations do have limited parking. We sleep 6 people and feel that 2 cars are adequate. Our property manager was able to find additional parking but we cannot guarantee that for future guests. We appreciate that you were a great guest and left the home as you found it.
