Cette magnifique maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes offrant 5 chambres et 5 salles de bains sur 2 beaux étages. Cette maison est vraiment dédiée au plaisir et aux jeux ! À l'extérieur, vous trouverez une piscine privée et un spa à débordement où vous pourrez vous détendre ou utiliser le coin salon pour profiter du soleil de Floride. Vous pouvez également trouver un coin salon extérieur ombragé pour vous détendre ou prendre un repas en plein air avec votre famille. L'étage inférieur comprend une chambre King size, une salle de bains, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un coin salon décoré dans des tons neutres et froids, ce qui en fait une évasion parfaite du soleil. Les repas en famille peuvent être passés dans le bar de la cuisine qui peut accueillir 3 personnes ou à la table à manger pour 8 personnes. Il y a une incroyable salle de jeux adaptée à tout votre sport préféré, y compris une table de hockey sur air, un baby-foot et une table de ping-pong. table. Génial pour le divertissement après le dîner ! A l'étage, toutes les chambres offrent chacune des salles de bains privatives, toutes modernes et spacieuses. Il y a 1 chambre king size, 1 chambre queen size et pour les enfants, les 2 chambres complètes sont des chambres à thème fabuleusement, une pour le sorcier adolescent en herbe et l'autre pour les passionnés des méfaits animés jaunes. À quelques pas, Encore Resort dispose d'un parc aquatique sur place avec des chutes, des toboggans et des toboggans passionnants ainsi que des piscines et des jets d'eau. This home was beautiful. Each of our family members had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean and well maintained. The backyard pool was clean and perfect for our family. We were about a 20 minute drive to Disney which was easy. On our last day, the pool needed maintenance and the resort allowed us to use one of their pools which was fabulous. We all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent this property in the future.

While the house was beautiful, unfortunately there have been smokers that stayed in the past and the house has a terrible smell. There are signs all over saying no smoking - guess that didnt prevent previous guests.In addition, we requested pool and spa to be heated. We arrived on Wednesday and it didnt get fixed until Saturday - after multiple emails and calls.Getting a partial refund would be great.

We loved this house. All who stayed would stay again. Excellent condition and clean. My husband and I stayed with my two college friends over the week of Thanksgiving with their kids. We had eight people total and the house is very spacious with five bedrooms and five baths. There is also a bathroom outside on the back with the pool. The house is an easy 20 minute drive to Walt Disney World. There is also a Publix and Wawa very close along with numerous restaurants in the area. Very nice development with guard gate. The amount per night for the house is very reasonable in compass with staying at a WDW property. We had a minor issue with beeping with a smoke detector but both times called they sent out someone to fix within a short amount of time. I had no issues with getting a response from property management.

Excellent location for a Disney Trip

The location was perfect. This was our fourth weeklong Disney trip in five years. We are Disney regulars. This was the first time that we have stayed “off property.” However, it will be or preference going forward. Our 2023 week was at the Grand Floridan, and our 2022 week was at the Contemporary. Staying off property did not add much to our compute time to and from the parks. It certainly made getting out the door and to the parks easier and the arrival home was so much better. Taking a sleeping child into their bedroom steps from parking was a delight. We enjoyed the convenience of preparing some of our own meals. The washer and dryer allowed for less packing. The pool allowed the kids to play when we were not at the park. We hope this property (or one similar) will be available when we are next back at Disney.

Bait and switch on location

So disappointed with my experience here. The listing said the property was a 2 min walk to Disney. Based on this I reserved the property. When they finally sent me the address it was a 30 min drive to Disney. I called Vrbo and they gave me the address the management company gave them and said the check in email was wrong. When I arrived I drop to the address Vrbo gave me by Disney and there was nothing there. I then went to the address 30 mins away and there was the property. I tried to reach out to the management company and was told the manager was out of town and would get back to me. Of course I gave them a week and they still won’t respond. I called Vrbo and they said they would get back to me and they never responded. I ended up having to rent a second car to help people to to Disney and we burned over an hour each day trying to get to Disney. While the property itself was nice, it was totally a bait and switch situation on location. Don’t be fooled when they say they’re close to Disney—they’re not.
