Boardwalk is a low density triplex sharing 100' of beach on the Gulf. This unit is a newly remodeled three bedroom two bathroom with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the Gulf and has a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Also, enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and cable with tv's in every bedroom. Parking also on site. Located just minutes from great restaurants and nightlife, Boardwalk is a fantastic place to stay. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

Great location

Loved the place! It was a super short walk to the beach. The area is not crowded and was really nice to stay at! Would recommend!

Great location

Overall the house place was great. Clean, easy in/out. Close to everything we wanted to do. And the beach was not to crowded at all. Highly recommend.

Perdido Paradise

Our stay was faultless. Found,the property tastefully decorated, well maintained, and scrupulously clean. The only drawback was the steps down to the beach. They were tough, but we are seniors. Young folks have no problem.

Family trip to remember a loved one

This place worked well for us. Our only problem was noise from the people staying above us. The place could use more mirrors - maybe in the bedrooms. Two mirrors - only in the bathrooms - was very difficult for 8 people to get ready.

Good Dog-Friendly Property

Nice quiet location. Comfortable. Some older closet doors and deck gates took some navigating, but overall good place to vacation with pup. Shrimp Basket across the street a bonus!

Key Concepts’ Beautiful and Relaxing Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented from Key Concepts and our stay was wonderful. The unit was furnished beautifully, was just steps from the beach with a personal boardwalk. The Key Concepts staff were welcoming and quick to help answer questions. It was a great place for our family to enjoy Fall Break.
