Family-Friendly Retreat near Manistee Riverwalk - dogs allowed

Newly renovated and centrally located, pet and family friendly retreat 2 blocks away from downtown, 1/2 a mile away from Lake Michigan. Right across the street from North Channel Brewery and 6 miles from Little River Casino.

Our house has a first floor, primary bedroom that is handicapped friendly and full bathroom (deck entrance has 1 step). Renovated main floor living room is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. Our second floor has a full bath and loft perfect for large groups. We have a brand new (Spring 2025) deck with a gas fire pit on the deck and a wood burning fire pit in the backyard where you can enjoy s'mores and stories while enjoying unplugging outside in Northern Michigan. Our yard is fully fenced in, so you can enjoy peace and privacy in your Up North retreat.

Pets: We allow up to two dogs per group ($75 one time cleaning fee) at the house. No cats or other animals are allowed.

We happily allow a maximum of two well behaved dogs at the property with a pet fee (no other animals). Please respect our property and pet rules so we can keep allowing dogs to stay.

Guest access
We rent out the entire house to our guests. We have a full driveway that comfortably fits 2-3 vehicles, parking pad that fits one vehicle, and extra free on-street parking.

We are two blocks north of downtown Manistee, across the street from North Channel Brewery. We are a local family that wants to share our love of northern Michigan with everyone.
