Magnifique penthouse sur la plage avec une belle vue, avec toutes les commodités dans une communauté fermée en toute sécurité. Entièrement meublé avec connexion WiFi gratuite et de l'eau filtrée. Il comprend une cuisine et une buanderie entièrement équipée avec lave-linge et sèche-linge. Climatisation complète, deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit queen size, un lit complet, un lit simple et un canapé-lit futon A / C, et mur à mur placards en miroir. Les lits sont oreiller haut mattresess.
Autre chambre à l'étage, privé, avec climatiseur, entièrement meublé avec terrasse privée (penthouse), deux balcons et belle vue.
Deux salles de bains, dont l'un est dans la chambre principale. Salle à manger et salon, grande télévision à écran plat, Free Netflix et Amazon TV, avec plus de 50 films DVD de genres différents pour profiter de vos nuits.

Il est de style Resort vivant avec 24/7 sécurité qui a un accès direct à la plage privée, court de tennis, terrain de basket, salle de fitness avec sauna et douches, 3 jeux pour enfants, deux piscines, une piscine d'enfant, jacuzzi, terrain de volley de plage, et plus encore. Situé à proximité de terrains de golf et des attractions trois monde.
Pourquoi devrais-je louer Ce condo?: Pour moins que le coût d'une seule chambre d'hôtel avec une plage et la piscine bondée, vous pouvez avoir une pleine grandeur, entièrement meublé maison de 3 chambres avec deux piscines calmes et jacuzzi à quelques pas, une plage isolée à distance de marche, et votre terrasse privée. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait, un balcon donne sur la forêt tandis que l'autre balcon offre une vue partielle sur l'océan. Seulement 30 minutes de l'aéroport international de San Juan (Luis Munoz Marin). Idéal pour des vacances en famille à prix abordable ou une escapade romantique sur la côte nord-est de Porto Rico, où les plus belles plages sont situées comme Luquillo Beach. À 5-15 minutes de terrains de golf, des casinos, hippodrome, piste cyclable, restaurants, centre commercial (Outlets Beltz), et l'attraction de renommée mondiale d'El Yunque Rain Forest (cascades et piscines naturelles). À quelques minutes de la ville de Fajardo avec des ferries pour les îles de Culebra (plage de Flamenco) et de Vieques.
À Porto Rico est fortement recommandé de louer une voiture, les transports publics sont inexistants et le service de taxi est très cher.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The condo was beautiful, clean, inviting and a walk to the beach. It was accessible to all of the tourist activities we wanted to do. The host was incredible and very attentive. Overall, great stay! Highly recommend.

Clean and comfy

Directions to the property were great. The place was clean and homey. The instructions on how to operate items were thorough. Eddie was a great host and responded to our questions and needs very promptly. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very quaint condo near a private beach

The condo was very spacious and decorated nicely. This building is on the upper end of the property so there is a short walk to the private beach and larger pool area, but it is helpful after all of the fabulous foods you will be eating while you’re in PR. The neighbors are lively, but it’s vacation and we are there to have great time so the music was refreshing to jam to on the balcony and they didn’t go all night long so no real issue. Eduardo was a fabulous host and checked on us via message before during and after our stay to make sure we had all we needed. The property was clean and we felt safe during our visit My only complaint is I didn’t have long enough to stay this visit. We will definitely be back for a longer trip!!!

Beautiful condo

Condo just as advertised enjoyed the two balconies in front and back, hot water for showers. Does have quite a few steps so make sure you can handle them bc no elevator. Loved our stay. Would ask to use again if we return.

Puerto Rico weekend

The place was beautiful and loved having the private beach! Everything was clean and as advertised. Eduardo gave great instructions for checking in and out. We never had any issues, so did not need to communicate at other times. The neighborhood outside the gated community was a little sketchy, but we always felt safe within the complex. Thanks for the great weekend!

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico

Well located at about 45 minutes of many landmark like El Yunque, Old SanJuan and Casa Bacardi.The resort was safe with a gate and 24h security on site.There is a nice private beach.It was clean and the owner was answering to questions rapidely.

Amazing host. Grounds in need of help.

Eddie was amazing, very responsive, and easy to get in touch with. Location was good, accessible to the rainforest, downtown, and various beaches. Unit was very clean and had all we needed for our stay. We did travel during down season; restaurants in the smaller town had limited hours and were not open everyday (no fault to Eddie). The only negative was that the pictures were not all accurate for the property grounds (gym, pool, beach). Appears that there has been storm/hurricane damage that is still visible with no signs of fixing yet. Beach was dirty with a lot of trash; unusable at times with high tide. All and all good experience if you are looking for a convenient location without “resort” amenities.

Great place for the price!

Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order, and being in a gated community was key. We only had one issue with a Netflix login but our host was monitoring his cell phone for anything that could potentially arise and the matter was fixed in minutes - well done! We liked the location away from the crowds and traffic and worked out great for the things that we wanted to do around the island. This was a wonderful condo for the price and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location to immerse yourself in PR culture

The location is beautiful. It was nice after a long day to return someplace quiet and relaxing. Having coffee outside on any of the balconies while listening to the roosters was just what we needed. The biggest plus was air conditioning in every room. A big plus we learned being in Puerto Rico. The beach is in need of repairs, but other beaches are a short drive away.We got to see a parade in town while there. Biggest tip is take the non toll road coming from the airport. The coastline is beautiful.

Perfect for our family

This location worked well for us because we wanted to be close to Luquillo and Fajardo. My wife and I slept upstairs and I loved going out onto the terrace early morning and enjoyed the breeze and tranquility. The property has two pools and the beach is beautiful. It is a very calm and fairly private section of beach front. I swam every morning and the water was very warm. There is a store conveniently less than a minute from the property. I recommend the location to families of eight and under. The owner was very helpful, polite, and responded to any inquiries very quickly. I will be returning to stay again.

A little misleading

Although the condominium, itself, is pretty accurately depicted, the neighborhood of the condominium complex is the most crime-ridden in Puerto Rico. The beach access is right off the condo complex. However, it is dangerous, with broken glass, concrete and other debris in the water. The living unit, itself, is pretty nice. Though, the shower handle doesn't work in one of the bathrooms. It is also four flights of stairs to the unit, without an elevator. It was without any kitchen towels, as well.

Lovely Stay

Thank you for a lovely stay! Eduardo was a kind and communicative host. The condo was clean and very cute! We loved watching the iguanas sunbath from the balcony. The beach had some damaged from recent weather (as mentioned in the listing) but still had plenty of space to set up an umbrella and towels. Lovely walk along the beach!

Awesome place

We chose NOT to stay in San Juan just to experience the people and the authenticity of PR without the touristy slant of things. The place we stayed in was a comfy condo placed in a working class neighborhood in Loiza. First off the condo was beautiful and even exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfy and cozy. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the water was always hot and has great pressure. The people in the neighborhood were just the most welcoming people we've ever met. We ate at the local Panaderias and the food was amazing. The host Edourdo was amazing. He was a true professional and delivered on everything he promised. Anything we needed, any questions, he was there on time with a solution. I definitely would recommend staying at this condo. My wife and I are looking forward to our next trip to the island and will definitely be booking with Edourdo.

Nice place to stay!

This unit in the condo was in great shape. It was so nice to have multiple balconies, so at any point, you could hang out in the sun or shade. Really, my only complaint is that we struggled with both the kitchen and bathroom faucets and controlling the water temperature. The host responded in a timely manner to our few questions. The condo was pretty quiet, even though we were there during Spring Break season, and the grounds were well-kept. We enjoyed the beach access and pool. We also appreciated beach towels provided, since they take up so much room in packing. The location is centrally located if you're going to go to San Juan and also Fajardo and/or Ceiba (Calubra ferry). It felt very secure with a 24 hour gate, but the security guards were not very helpful (very little English).

Beachfront Penthouse

The location of this property was perfect for what we wanted to do, which included seeing Laguna Grande in Fajardo, hiking in El Yunque National Forest, and enjoying the beach and food in Luquillo. It was an easy drive to San Juan. Eduardo went over and above answering our questions, his responses were prompt. The only minor concern was that the pictures of the gym online did not reflect what was actually there.
