Our spacious 4BR/2.5BA home with central AC is perfectly located in the quiet, family-friendly Great Harbors neighborhood in Falmouth, MA just minutes from beaches, shops, restaurants, and the best Cape Cod has to offer.
Our home can comfortably accommodate 9 guests with plenty of room to spread out and relax. In addition to the 2 king bedrooms (one with en suite), 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room for 3, there are 3 separate living areas for relaxing, watching tv, playing games, taking naps and making memories. On the main floor, you will find all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large family room and den, which both open to an oversized deck. The large kitchen with new, stainless steel appliances is well-stocked and has space for your whole group. Downstairs, you will find a fully finished basement which includes another living area with large tv (perfect for watching sports, movies, or playing games on the Wii), a game/puzzle table, a sitting area that's perfect for observing all the fun, and a game room that can't be beat! Test your foosball, table tennis, and shuffleboard skills or sit at the counter and cheer your family and friends on. Televisions can be found in both king bedrooms, as well as the den, family room, and basement living area for your streaming pleasure.

Outside, our home offers an oversized deck that has a Weber grill, dining table with umbrella, string lights and adirondack chairs. The deck overlooks a large fenced-in backyard, with stone firepit, hammock, outdoor shower, and plenty of space for all of the many yard games provided (cornhole, croquet, bocce ball, kubb game, and badminton). In the front, you will find plenty of parking and a basketball hoop ready for your best shot.

Our home is also just a short walk to the association* clubhouse, which features a heated water-view pool and toddler wading pool with lifeguards, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, shuffleboard, small baseball field, and basketball court. The main community road is a two mile circle that is ideal for family biking, walking and running.

Just some of the extras include 3 kayaks with life vests; 5 bikes (4 adult and 1 adolescent); beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, large cooler, boogie boards and sand toys; plenty of lawn games, board games, books, and tons of puzzles.
Washer and dryer are located in the basement just off the tv area. We provide detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

*NOTE: The Great Harbors Homeowners' Association allows renters to purchase a weekly membership which includes access to the amenities above, as well as all association activities for that week. It is $350 for the week (2024) and includes passes for 4 people (additional passes may also be purchased). Children 3 and under do not require a pass. As homeowners, we have no control over this OPTIONAL association fee that is charged to renters if they choose to take advantage of these amenities.
