This fully furnished Beachfront condo is located in Beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently updated in Fall 2025 with Porcelain tile in bedrooms and baths, All New Master Bedroom furniture, Both Bathroom Vanities, Doors, Trim, baseboards and paint throughout. 2023 New: Guest Bedroom furniture and smart flat screen TVs. New Living Room furniture in 2020. Balcony access is from living room with full panoramic window views in entire main living area and kitchen/dining room. The Master Suite has a King size bed with Private bath. The junior suite has a queen bed and guest bathroom access. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 4-6 comfortable **Must be 25 years of age to reserve and occupy** Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN! You will NOT be disappointed!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Our stay was wonderful. While we were not in one of the towers at the Edgewater Property, the Windward building was excellent. The beachfront was less crowded and only a short walk to the main pool and restaurant. The Condo was just as described; it was nice to find extra beach chairs and accessories.

Excellent Experience

This property was perfect for our family of 5 to stay. We love the building because of easy access to the beach and there were beach chairs and toys available for our granddaughter to use. We had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay! If available, we will definitely stay there our next visit to PCB.

Excellent Place to Stay

We stayed 8 nights in this lovely condo my daughters dance competition which was held in the Edgewater convention center. We’ve stayed in the villas several times, but opted for an ocean view this time. This condo was perfect for our family of 3. The building is quiet and well equipped with everything we needed. It’s a several minute walk across the parking lot to the main pool, but we enjoyed the small pools just as much. Beach access is easy, parking is convenient, and we had an easy time checking in an out. We will be back for sure!

Great place! Easy to work with rental company!

We loved every minute of our vacation! The place was great! Beautiful views, open floor plan, comfortable beds, several pools to visit, and a couple of food choices on site. I was also really pleased with the rental company. They were easy to work with and even texted me on our way down when the place was ready for us several hours ahead of our check in time. We also left an iPad in the condo that is currently in the mail to us thanks to Stay At The Beach Rentals. If you have little kids, be sure to check out the Pirate Cruise and Zoo World!

Great view and nice condo but some upgrades are needed.

The light above the dining table wasn’t working. The other lights over the kitchen counter-top just flickered. The tv in the 2nd bedroom is only 19”( big tv’s are so cheap nowadays!). The tv in the master bedroom is smaller than normal, but not 19”, thank goodness. The shower head in the master bath is abysmal and unusable. Everyone had to shower in the smaller shower. Other than that, the view is great, the rental company is first-rate, and it was a fine vacation. Just time for the owners to upgrade their property. We are previous owners of a condo on that property and this condo just needs some love and attention.

Hello Matt and thank you for taking the time to post a 5 star review however we did not receive any phone calls, text messages or emails from you during your stay of any of these maintenance issues that all could have been quickly rectified. The TVs are small, yes...however this is the 1st and only complaint we have had on this mostly b/c this is a beachfront view and a beach vacation so I am assuming most guests are not watching much TV. However we will address these maintenance issues right away. Please, the next time you stay with us or any other company, reach out immediately rather then posting a long review of items that could have been addressed at that time. Thank you!

Love this location!

Condo had a few issues (food laying under furniture and trash left in bathroom), but overall very clean. Location to attractions was great and beach access was wonderful. Great pools and restaurant on site. We love Leeward and Windward!

Edgewater Fun!

We've stayed at the Edgewater many times in the past, generally in Tower 2 or 3. We changed it up and stayed in the Windward this year. There was virtually no elevator wait which was an excellent trade-off for a bit of a walk to the lagoon pool. We did take advantage of the smaller pool near us as well. I really enjoyed the quieter feel of this smaller building. Communication was excellent about what we needed to do each step of the way in the reservation/arrival/departure process, and my questions were answered prior to our arrival. The condo was stocked with all we needed, and we did not encounter any issues. We would definitely consider a future stay here!

The location of the resort was great! The view was wonderful loved waking up and seeing the water. Communication was very easy when I reached out. Our first night we ordered pizza from the restaurant by the man pool. We spent a good amount of time outside so we weren’t really inside much but when we were all together it was roomy. If you like it to be super cold when you go to sleep I suggest you bring a fan since there are no Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We purchased a small portable one from Dollar General and that was good enough for us. Overall we had a great experience, I recommend!

The balcony and den view was awesome. Nice den and dining room decor. Spacious unit. Bathrooms need updating. Disliked carpet in the bedrooms. Master bed needs replacing. Great beach location. Loved the Roku TV.

Great view

The condo was a bit older but was fine for our stay. Access to the beach was great, it was far enough away from the big crowds to have distance from others. We love Edgewater, they have great amenities! The couch was new, the beds were pretty comfy.. There was no hot water in 2nd bedroom, broken light fixture in master bath. All in all no major issues, we were there for the beach.

the trip was great because of this condo. it had plenty of space and very clean. the property manager was amazing before and during the trip. she replied super fast and always helped figure stuff out! we are already talking and really hope this condo will be available for next years trip!

I recommend this property to anyone looking to book a condo on the beach the view was spectacular just breathtaking I booked this condo from July 17-19 20201 and it was more than we could have imagined Very clean and organized Mrs Erica was amazing might I add she was so helpful with our needs very responsive answered every question we had in a timely fashion This is it this is the place you would want to book its location in a very clean area not far from all the day/nite activities oh did I mention it’s a gated community which made it so much more amazing we felt safe The place is more than 5 stars what are you waiting for book now you will not be disappointed in

Edge water Beach Resort is absolutely top notch for this area. Stayed in various rentals there and all are outstanding. Windward 606 has the most beautiful view and perfect accommodations!!!
