This expansive 4,883 sq. ft. home comfortably accommodates up to nine guests with four bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, and an additional 1.5 baths.

Enter through the 2-car garage into a welcoming mudroom, leading to the main level living area with high, wood beam and plank ceilings, and gorgeous hardwood floors.

Living Room: Splendidly furnished with plush sofas and cozy throws, the living room invites relaxation and comfort. A 65” Smart TV with a Sonos soundbar provides an exceptional entertainment experience, while the ambiance of the gas fireplace adds a warm, inviting glow. The built-in bench, bathed in sunlight from the expansive windows, offers a perfect spot to curl up with a book. Step through the sliding doors to access the patio, where you can unwind with outdoor seating by the gas fireplace, cook up a feast on the built-in natural gas BBQ, and soak in the serene mountain views that surround you.

Community Amenities: There are local hiking/biking trails in the area. Guests are not permitted to use the private Promontory Club amenities, golf course, or amenities at this time.

Promontory Shuttle: Guests have access to the ski shuttle by reserving through Promontory concierge (no access to ski lodges).
​​​​​​​Reservations open at 6:00 PM two days prior, with a limit of 6 riders per membership and 25 riders per time slot. Riders under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please check your check-in instructions for the shuttle schedule and how to sign up.
