Our beautiful paired home has been thoughtfully renovated so you can enjoy the majesty of the Rockies in an elegant space. Our home is flooded with natural light - beautiful sunsets and sunrises abound! All 4 bedrooms feature fresh furniture in a cozy midcentury theme, comfortable mattresses, new carpet/paint and totally renovated bathrooms with modern touches. Brand new ceiling fans in every bedroom and common space provide air flow for those rare warm days. Radiant heat keeps the home warm during the cold months. Each of the three king bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and plenty of storage in the sink vanities and medicine cabinets.

We love to cook so we designed the brand new kitchen with the home chef in mind. If you decide to stay home and not go to one of the many wonderful local restaurants, you will enjoy using the large gas range, double convection oven, large refrigerator, microwave, etc - all appliances are brand new. All the cooking utensils you need to cook gourmet or simple meals are stocked in the new cabinets. Enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar for a snack or a quick meal or to keep the cook company!

The primary bedroom downstairs is spacious and features a king bed, cozy reading nook with incredible mountain views, a fireplace to warm the room as well as a very large totally updated attached bathroom with soaking tub, large shower, separate WC and double sinks. You will love the privacy of this suite and the mountain views from the windows.

Also downstairs is the inviting living room with its double height soaring ceiling and cozy fireplace. Sit on the huge sectional sofa to catch incredible sunrises and sunsets. The brand new TV is perfect for viewing family movies after a busy day exploring nature in our area. Plenty of additional seating in the living room offers you a place to crack open a book from the bookcase as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage.

The dining room has an expanding table which can seat 4-10 people. Family meals in this space are enhanced by the large windows facing the mountains - the view is simply breathtaking.

A powder bathroom downstairs near the garage entrance and just off the large front entrance is perfect for guests.

The large private Hot Tub in our backyard is the perfect place to unwind after a long summer hike or bluebird ski day. At night you can see so many stars - it is such a treat to soak in the hot tub as you look up at the sky. A deck table and chairs offer you the option for al fresco dining in the warmer months.

The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom so no one feels crowded. One of the bedrooms features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity. The other upstairs king bedroom also has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity. This bathroom opens up to the twin bedroom as well. However, the twin bedroom has its own full bathroom in the adjoining loft so there is more than enough room for the 2 king bedrooms upstairs to function as 2 additional primary suites.

A brand new, full-sized stacked washer and dryer in the loft bathroom makes laundry a breeze.

Have a seat on the comfy blue velvet sectional in the upstairs loft; it is the perfect place to watch TV on the new, huge flatscreen.

From our home you can walk through Walter Byron Park to Frisco Main St in less than 10 minutes. On Main Street you will find fine dining, great diners and breakfast spots, shops, and so much more. Enjoy easy access to 6 nearby Ski Resorts and many grocery stores within a few minutes of our home. Our quiet and established neighborhood is the perfect place for you to enjoy the mountains without the noise and hubbub - yet be close to it all!
