Caitlin was very responsive and accommodating! The house was beautiful with a lot of extra features that made for an enjoyable stay! Thanks for the hospitality!
There's so much space. We had total of 6 guys, so it worked out perfectly. The downstairs is like its own apartment, so coming down with another family or in-laws would be perfect... so maybe I'll be back sooner than later.
I highly recommend this place.
I would give this property and the host more than 5 stars if I could. Unfortunately, we stayed here during Hurricane Helene. While it was a terrible situation to be in, this property allowed us to feel safe and enjoy our time as much as possible. There is a backup generator that allowed the house and the garage to have power during the outages. The host also reached out several times to make sure we were safe and to see if there was anything they could do for us. We had a group of 10 girls there for my sisters 40th birthday party and we had a lot of things planned for downtown Asheville. Obviously, none of these things were able to happen. Once the situation was assessed, we realized it would be safest to remain at the property for another night and the accommodations allowed us to make the best of the situation. The garage area has all the amenities you can see in the picture, which made it feel like a little escape. The house was beautiful, clean, and had so many things to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We walked around the neighborhood once the storm had stopped and met so many kind people that it made me want to move there. If it werenât for the hurricane/state of things, it would have been a very easy/quick drive/uber to downtown.
