The second bedroom has two single beds, ample closet space, and shares access to the guest bathroom.

The hot tub is perfect for relaxation, socializing, and taking in the amazing views. Enjoy a drink while watching the beautiful sunsets over Vallarta or the incredible mountain views. In the firepit area, you can share a bohemian night with family or friends, creating unforgettable moments. Plus, we have WiFi on the rooftop and in all common areas.

**Please note that the Garden Pool, Snack Bar, and Front Garden will be temporarily closed starting April 21 due to ongoing construction until new announcement. However, our Rooftop Pool remains open

Building quiet hours are 10:30 pm - 8:30 am
No towels, clothes for drying, lights, or any other objects can be hung on the terraces.
Garbage Chute only to be used 7:00 a.m to 9:00 a.m.
Recyclable items should be sorted and deposited in the corresponding container in the
garbage room in the basement.

• Guests and visitors must be registered at least 24 hours in advance before being allowed access.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. in all common areas.
• Pets are not allowed for renters, especially in common areas.
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per 4 children).
• No running, shouting, or playing in the building hallways.
• Follow all instructions for trash disposal. Garbage must not be left in common areas.
• Smoking is not permitted in any common area, including the pool and terraces.
**Pool Rules**
• Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Wear proper swimwear. Regular clothes are not allowed in the pool.
• No eating, drinking, glass items, inflatables, or rough play in the pool area.
• Lounge chairs cannot be reserved. Items left unattended will be removed after 1 hour.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Pool parties are limited to 15 people and must be approved 24 hours in advance.
**Gym Rules**
• Gym hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
• Minimum age: 14 years.
• No food, alcohol, drugs, or loud music. Use headphones only.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to gym equipment or facilities.
**Violations & Fines**
• Severe violations may lead to immediate fines, reduced services, or banning of guests.
• Damages or physical harm caused by guests may result in fines from $1,000 MXN to $24,000 MXN, depending on the severity. These costs are the guest’s full responsibility.
