Welcome to High Boulder Hill! Newly completed in May 2024!
Sleeping Accommodations: High Boulder Hill has four bedrooms, total sleeping capacity of 10 guests.
Main level: Primary King Ensuite
Lower Level: 2nd King Ensuite, Bunk Room with 2 sets of XL Twin Bunks, 4th King Ensuite
Set upon a private two acre lot in the Eagle Springs division of Eagle's Nest, this custom luxury mountain home offers beautiful open-concept living and long range mountain views. This home features modern mountain accommodations and is the perfect setting for large family gatherings, birthday celebrations, holiday entertaining or groups of any kind. High Boulder Hill is located near Camp Eagle's Nest and the North Pavilion and offers easy access to the Beech Mountain gate of Eagle's Nest, allowing for quick access to skiing and other activities.
**Please note that the neighboring lot has begun clearing for construction. The lots are each 2 acres, so while nearby, they are over 250ft between the homesites. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm** (Updated: July 19, 2024)
Main Level:
Upon entering High Boulder Hill, you are greeted with a modern open floor plan, and high vaulted ceilings. The Great Room features a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows, allowing expansive views of the property and long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Great Room features a 65â flat screen Roku streaming TV. Double screen doors open to the upper deck for indoor-outdoor living.
The Great Room flows directly into the dining room and kitchen. Share family meals around the large rustic live edge table with seating for 8. The airy chef's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, a gas range and stainless steel appliances. The oversized island has 3 bar stools for extra seating. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee from either the Keurig Machine or the full size coffee maker.
High Boulder Hill offers over 1000 sq ft of outdoor decks on two levels facing northwest with multiple areas to relax, entertain and enjoy the view. Directly off the kitchen, you will find a cozy covered seating area with a sofa and two chairs gathered by a stacked stone gas fireplace, which is remote controlled. Also on the upper deck, there are additional Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. A Weber gas grill is available for your outdoor entertaining needs!
Off the kitchen is a large laundry and mud room with a full size LG washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Dyson vacuum and a second door leading out to the driveway. The primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a king size bed, 50â flat screen streaming TV and a large bathroom with his and her sinks, a tiled shower with glass doors and a large free-standing soaking tub. Sliding doors give access to the upper deck.
Lower Level:
Immediately downstairs is the cozy game room, which features an air hockey table, another 65â streaming TV, a bar area with a wine fridge and access to the lower deck. The lower deck features a 6 person hot tub and a custom twin size bed swing.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms. High Boulder Hill has a second king ensuite with a large bathroom. Down the hall is a custom bunk room featuring two sets of XL twin bunks across from another bathroom. At the end of the hall is a fourth bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has its own streaming TV and all bedrooms have blackout shades and high end bedding.
High Boulder Hill brings modern comfort to a serene mountain setting in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the High Country. A woodburning firepit is now installed for your family to enjoy under the mountain skies.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- This home is pet friendly for a max of 1 well trained mature dog per stay. Pet rent is $25 per night plus tax. Please do not ask for an exception to the number of pets rule, as one will not be granted. Bringing unreported pets will result in additional charges and potentially being removed from booking with us in the future.
- The home offers a generator in case of loss of power. Generator will self test every Saturday at 10am.
- This homeowner uses one exterior security camera, aimed at the front entry steps, to ensure their home remains safe. No other cameras are on site.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- EV charger can be found on the side of the front porch.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
