The Space:
This is a unique property unlike any other. We've built it to host large groups seeking a private retreat in nature - but, whether your group is big or small, the property is cozy and will never feel like too much. Play, hike, cook, swim, sleep, adventure, relax.... Whatever your heart desires, the options are endless.
Grateful Woods can sleep 20 guests between it's multiple units year round, but we also have an additional unit, the Farmhouse, located just across the street that can be added on if desired and sleeps an additional 10 guests. We've lived in and renovated each and every unit on this property to specifically cater to your needs. No detail has been spared.
We typically only rent the whole property (Barn, Cottage and Lodge) to one group at a time, but we will make exceptions mid week or across winter weekends, so definitely reach out even if you are a smaller group.
Our rates vary throughout the year. Please inquire so we can better assist you.

Child Friendly: While our homes aren't child-proof, Grateful Woods is a dream for kids! We have several day beds throughout our units that are ok for kids to sleep in. We also provide pack n plays, a high chair, baby bath, and a dining set and cutlery.
Please note, although you will be in the middle of the woods on your own 75 acres of land, Grateful Woods is still set in a neighborhood and sound carries. Please be courteous of our neighbors and keep the volume to a respectable level. There is a 10pm town curfew for loud, outdoor noise.
Need more? The options are endless. Ask us about our Silent Disco or our list of private chefs, cocktail classes, yoga instructors, sound baths, art classes, masseuses, pre-arrival kitchen stocking, special occasion decorations and planning and so much more.
Please inquire with ANY and ALL questions so we can help you to make the most of your time at Grateful Woods - Thank you!
