The matter was addressed as soon as it was reported; however, due to the New Year holiday, service availability was limited, and repairs were completed at the earliest possible time (timeline :you arrived on the 31st at 3pm and called me at 12:40 AM to say that the water wasn’t working and I told you how sorry I was and that you could leave the next day and get a full refund. You choose to stay and the technician got there in the 1st the afternoon. After the technician went there they asked someone from your group if the water was working and she said it was, and i didn’t had any more complaints from you that the issue was still going, if I knew action was going to be taken. The property operates on a private well system, which is common in the area and functions normally. The temporary issue experienced was unrelated to the well system itself. Restroom access remained available during the stay, and a partial refund was offered as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. But you wanted the entire day stay refund which I didn’t agreed because you didn’t experienced the issue the entire day. So after I answered stating that only partial refund was going to be issued you left me a bad review and didn’t respond if partial refund was ok for you. I also had the cleaning lady going to the property a hour after you left and while cleaning and doing laundry and she said that there was no issue with the water.
