Summary:
Important Notice: The building is undergoing construction Sept–Oct 2025, Mon–Fri from 6 AM to 3 PM. Guests may experience noise, dust, and workers on roofs, balconies, terraces, and exterior windows. No work occurs on weekends, but machinery and materials may be parked outside. As of Sept 10, exterior painting is expected to finish by mid-Oct, weather permitting. Roof tile installation is still pending and may take place in Oct or Nov 2025.

The Space:
This listing is for our Beachfront Penthouse at Jobos Beach. Located in a prime spot directly on the beach, this 2,800 sq ft unit combines natural bamboo decor with modern amenities for a unique vacation experience. It features 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 bathrooms. From the expansive L-shaped balcony to the fully furnished rooftop terrace, guests can enjoy panoramic views and spectacular sunsets. The unit includes a kitchen and cozy living spaces and is ideal for relaxation and entertaining.
