Your group can have fun in the pool in a fully fenced-in back yard, enjoy the sun in one of our loungers, watch a movie in the living room, or get some work done at the table off of the kitchen. Located in a prime area, this neighborhood offers several activities suitable for the whole family and snowbirds, including walking distance to a few restaurants and a quick drive to a cute coffee shop. Close to Tampa Bay and Bayshore Blvd!

Stay as busy as you want or simply kick back, relax, and enjoy your stay—all while taking advantage of the many amenities available.

Getting Around:
It is highly recommended to use a car or Uber/Lyft for best transportation and to see all Tampa has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
- The pool is cleaned twice a week. However, the pool does need resurfaced. It will look stained on the bottom but it is not due to cleanliness just the cement bottom. It will be resurfaced later this year. Please do not allow that to ruin your pool experience!

- There are leaves, pollen, bugs, and natural debris that falls into the pool minutes after the pool is cleaned. It's important to know that the pool is in fact maintained by a professional company and is safe to use. We encourage our guests to embrace the natural Florida surprises falling in.

- A technician from VIP Pools will be coming by to clean the pool once a week, usually Fridays sometimes next day due to Florida weather. They do enter the property through the gate to perform service.

- The city is able to empty the garbage and recycling bins on Friday mornings. The blue garbage bin and green recycling bin (they should be located outside to the right of the house, if they have not already been brought to the street), please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the street all the way to the mailbox facing that street Thursday evening so they can be emptied very early Friday morning.
