Fantastique maison de luxe sur le lac du village. Pêcher le lac bien approvisionné ou les lacs et ruisseaux à proximité. Profitez du lever du soleil sur la terrasse couverte et protégée avec vue sur le lac et les spectaculaires pics de la montagne de San Juan pendant que vous prenez le petit déjeuner, sirotez votre café du matin ou regardez le chef faire un fabuleux barbecue. Nouvelle télévision à écran plat dans la salle familiale, la salle à manger formelle et le coin petit-déjeuner. grande cuisine bien équipée avec comptoirs en granit, beaucoup d'espace pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis. foyer au gaz dans le salon pour profiter après une longue journée de ski. C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de vacances en famille inoubliables pour toute une vie. Les quatre chambres ont un lit king et trois lits queen et deux lits jumeaux. Les zones de couchage supplémentaires comprennent la salle familiale sur deux lits à air queen qui sont fournis. La chambre principale comprend une salle de bain avec un bain à remous jacuzzi et une douche carrelée. Deux chambres ont une salle de bain Jack et Jill avec une baignoire / douche commune. Un invité 1/2 salle de bain est hors de la salle familiale. L'eau chaude est recirculée donc il n'y a pas longtemps à attendre au robinet. La propriété est aménagée professionnellement avec des arbres matures et de magnifiques fleurs de montagne. Une multitude d'activités familiales, de la vieille ville de Pagosa Springs au domaine skiable de Wolf Creek, sont toutes à 5-25 minutes de la porte d'entrée. Venez profiter des montagnes du Colorado dans un véritable confort et style.

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was friendly and responsive. Everything we needed was there, which made our trip relaxing and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had such a wonderful spring break with family and friends in this wonderful home. We enjoy cooking “at home” when we travel and the kitchen was well stocked with everything from pots/pans to spices and containers for leftovers. Dishes included melamine for the kids, the highchair came in handy for the 2-year-old, and we didn’t need it but saw a pack-&-play in the primary closet. Beautiful home with an incredible view of the lake - we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise over the water and enjoying relaxing evenings on the patio. Megan (host) was very responsive throughout our stay whenever questions arose. We hope to visit again next year!

Like family prepared for our visit!

Great room/ kitchen overlooking sunrise and the private dock. Not only fishing from dock but also from the kayaks provided. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Close drive to many attractions. Family of 7, all adults, thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Would highly recommend.

A great stay....

We had a wonderful few days at your property. We enjoyed the views from the back deck and the use of the kayaks. The location of the house makes it easy to get to San Juan National Forest for a day of exploring and hiking.

yes this is a beautiful home with many ameneties, the dock along the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddle boating and boarding, and watching the HOT AIR BALLOONS take off each morning, watching the wildlife and the views areenmt so bad either... the HOT TUB is always a favorite for the guests, and of course the home theater/ game room where the family can gather. looking forward to hearing back from you for your next Pagosa Springs adventure. remember contact me for your repeat customer discount. Property was clean and the porch overlooking the lake was fantastic. Grandkid did a lot of kayaking. Convenient to town for food and restaurants.

Great Location

We had everything we needed at this location. The fireplace was out and Megan replied quickly but had to make an appointment a week out just to have the pilot light re-lighted. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of dishes and cookware.

Beautiful house!

House was absolutely beautiful. Sits right on a lake, exactly as pictured. Perfect size for our group of 10. Was about a 45 minute drive to Wolf Creek to ski. Very close to grocery store and a couple of great restaurants.

Pagosa Lake House

This was a wonderful place for our family. Plenty of stuff to do for all the different age groups we had. Caught trout on the lake. Snow sledded in the backyard. Skiing, snowmobiles, sleigh rides all within a short drive. Will definitely stay there again

Thanks so much yes this Lake front home is the perfect location for lots of activities, with the 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for a group of 8 to 10, the covered back deck with the BBQ grill, patio furnishings and the mountain and lake views is the spectacular setting for anytime of year, we would love to have your group here in the summer so you may enjoy the fishing dock and take out the 2 kayacks provided for our guests. Absolutely perfect house and vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was just perfect, well stocked and close to town. Watching the sun rise over the lake was beautiful. Fishing off the dock (we caught six large trout in one day) was excellent. Everyone agreed that we need to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Lake Front

We enjoyed the beautiful lake front property. The sounds of the geese honking and the dragonflies skimming along the shore line was grand. We used the kayaks for hours on end. Location was great! Durango was a forty five minute drive with Mesa Verde another thirty minutes further which provide a nice day trip to see more of Co.

Great family getaway

This is a great family house! The kitchen was very well stocked, with dishes, silverware, cookware, appliances and everything a cook could want. The bedrooms were well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. We really enjoyed the kayaks. All the beds were uncomfortable and there were cob webs throughout the house. Otherwise a great getaway!

Thanks so much, I will talk with the housekeepers to pay better attention and get the cobwebs etc. .If there is ever an issue always let me know r and we will get it taken care of right away. We want you to have a great vacation We are scheduled for a deep clean mid August, being on the Lake brings the spiders to the window screen and landscaping we try to spray to keep them at bay but we are very careful about not spraying while guests are there. We love Pagosa Springs. One of our favorite pastimes is sitting on the deck in the evening and seeing ducks and geese swimming, the fish jumping and hearing the sounds of the lake.
