Welcome to One Pointe, your luxurious lakeside retreat nestled along the shores of beautiful Boone Lake in Johnson City, TN. This expansive property offers two distinct homes connected by a charming exterior walkway, providing ample space and privacy for up to 12 guests.
The Main House (110) boasts a lavish master suite complete with a walk-in luxury shower, offering relaxation and comfort. The spacious entertaining area, kitchen, living room is perfect for gathering with friends and family, featuring reclining couches and a dining area with seating for six. This contemporary space also features a double sided gas fireplace that is available for use during the fall and winter months. The Main House's kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances, spices, cooking utensils and flatware.
Step out onto the Main House Terrace, where you'll find the perfect spot for outdoor entertainment on the upper deck, equipped with outdoor dining options and plenty of comfortable seating.
Venture down to the Lower Level, affectionately known as the Villa @ 110, accessible only via an outdoor staircase for added privacy. The Villa @ 110 includes a bedroom with a full bed, spacious bathroom, laundry area and flex room. Here, guests will find additional accommodations including a sleeper sofa in the Flex Room, ideal for remote work or extra sleeping space. The Lower Deck area features cozy porch swings and leads to the inviting fire pit, creating the perfect ambiance for cozy evenings under the stars.
Across the walkway lies The Cottage (112 Building), offering two spacious bedrooms with ample closet space and two full bathrooms. The Cottage is also accessible by entering through its front door located at the entrance of the property. The living room features a fold-out queen bed for added convenience.
The Cozy Cabin offers additional accommodation for up to six guests, complete with an electric fireplace in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen featuring all appliances and essentials for your culinary needs. Each bedroom in the Cozy Cabin has a queen bed. The Cozy Cabin's primary bedroom features a bathroom on suite with double vanities and an expansive closet. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Guests can also enjoy a selection of books and games for entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped all large and small appliance.
Outside, the expansive decks provide serene outdoor spaces with ample seating options, including tables and chairs, rocking chairs, swings, and a custom-built bar-height railing for additional enjoyment. Please note that sitting or standing on the railing of the deck is strictly prohibited.
The property features a gated dock which guests are not permitted to use. A smaller dock is available for use to the left of the gated dock where guests can park a boat. Swimming is permitted at your own risk. Rockingham Marina is directly across the channel and only a short drive from the property by land. Here, guests can rent boats and enjoy dining.
At least one bundle of firewood is provided for the fire pit. Please be mindful of the rules and warnings posted on the dock and around the property.
