Great autumn stay with friends

Beautiful house in a quiet location overlooking pomegranate and orange trees, and olive groves. Fantastic pool! Great place to stay with two families. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts.

Beautiful villa with nice view

A beautiful villa with a nice pool. The balcony with view across the bay and Marathonisi island is perfect for spending relaxed hours. The villa is situated very good for exploring Zakynthos island. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, thank you very much!

What a view!

An amazing villa with the most wonderful views out across to the bay. The balcony was a great place to chill out of an evening and we felt the villa was ideally located in the south west of the island. Plenty of lovely tavernas in the vicinity and friendly people who made our stay even more special. Thanks to our host Marita who was always on hand enquiring about how our stay was going and checking if we needed anything. Just a shame we had to come home really!!

Great position great Villa

Great position , great views , great pool , lovely villa , owners very helpful , recommend Dennis Taverna , El Greco taverna , Keri beach , car needed but airport car hire quite reasonable, villa 15-20 mins from airport , 10 mins to Keri , 5 mins to Sostis ( Sostis best boat hire for turtle spotting ) very nice villa , very nice owners and will be going back ! The ungrateful is a major defect. Everybody had and has the same opinion (hotels, property owners, businessmen) and unfortunately we learned it in the worst way : Do not accommodate any children aged between 18-24 years old. You give them everything and they only cause you only problems (bothering neighbors, swear, drink, cause damages to your home, not respecting anything). Unfortunately, i had the same experience by booking it to Tom Bell. It was a group of 9 children 20 years each one, who despite they had the villa clean and tidy every day, we were there for them, we helped them, we gave them directions to whatever asked, we got them to supermarkets and where they needed to be (because they did not have a car or so), they did not respect the place where they stayed at all, they caused many damages, they got drunk every night, they were shouting and bother neighbors, they were sleeping with the doors open, they had all their things all over the villa (inside and outside), they swore people who were there for them and making them happy (eg people who came for them to get them with boat all around Zakynthos they swore them and shout to them) and in the end in order to cause an other problem (cause it were not enough the problems caused by them at this time..) they left a review which is an obvious lie and far away from the reality.It is not possible for a reasonable person from a stay of 5-days in a villa, in a hotel, or whatever your review to be made only form this comment. I am really disappointed from the choice i made booking the villa to these children and i write all these in order to inform other people not to make the same mistake as i did. It is far the worst reservation I've ever had. Unfortunately, I learned in the worst way, the truth: never accommodate people aged between 18-24 year olds, there a big problem! I strongly recommend, never accommodate them at all.

Belle maison avec piscine et une vue magnifique

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Costas qui nous a également donné de nombreuses informations sur l'île de Zante. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa gentillesse, le jardin et ses fruits que nous pouvions prendre à volonté, la piscine pour nous détendre et la maison en elle même. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous retournerons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Ne changez rien. Tout était parfait.

prima woning met alles erop en eraan voor een fijne vakantie

woning is goed uitgerust en ligt mooi centraal t.o.v. alle voorzieningen. goed verzorgde woning en buitenterras. Zwembad is goed. Fijne ontvangst door eigenaar

One lovely place with views to die for.

Property was just fabulous. The views and inside are exactly like the pics on the site when booking. Owner Marita very helpful for anything we needed. The villa had everything you could need and certainly spacious. The best beach has definitely got to be banana beach as you can have comfy beds for €15 per day for beds and umbrella which seems expensive as there cheaper ones but when you reach our age comfort is important. About 30 min drive but worth it and you can order food and drink from the beach. Pool at the villa looks fab also but as a Brit just too cold for us but again not a problem as sea still warm this time of year. Great holiday!

ABBIAMO SOGGIORNATO A VILLA NATURA DAL 28 GIUGNO AL 5 LUGLIO 2 FAMIGLIE 4 ADULTI E 4 RAGAZZI... GIA' ALL ARRIVO UNA SPLENDIDA SORPRESA...UNA BELLISSIMA PISCINA NUOVA NUOVA CHE ARRICCHISCE LA PROPRIETA' GIA' DI PER SE STUPENDA. CIRCONDATA DA UN FRUTTETO DI CUI PERO' PURTROPPO ABBIAMO USUFRUITO SOLO PER LIMONI E CEDRI PERCHE' L' ATRA FRUTTA NON ERA MATURA O ERA STATA GIA' RACCOLTA... GODE DI UNA VISTA MOZZAFIATO CHE DALLE FOTO NON RENDE. SITUATA IN UN PUNTO STRATEGICO : ZONA TRANQUILLA MA ASSOLUTAMENTE VICINA SIA A ZONE DI PURO DIVERTIMENTO CHE ALLE SPIAGGE A MIO PARERE MIGLIORI( CHIARO CHE E' NECESSARIO AVERE UN AUTO O SCOOTER).
