Villa Andromeda is located in the village of Vasilikos on the southeast coast of Zakynthos, a few steps from the Ionian Sea.
With a large, private pool, it is the perfect place for small or large groups to enjoy this quiet part of the island.
The large garden offers panoramic views of the sea and the forest of Dafni and has a barbecue with a dining area that is an ideal place for a meal with friends.

Perfect villa in Zakynthos. It's as beautiful as the pictures, and the host, John, was extremely helpful before and throughout the stay. We stayed with little kids and grandparents and everyone loved it. The pool and outdoor areas are especially gorgeous. A car is helpful to get down the mountain to food and shops but John also connected us with Spiros, a lovely man who showed up quickly and punctually to take us places.

Very luxurious retreat in a still and heavenly setting

The hosts, Ianni & Christina, were very welcoming and keen to help make our stay as pleasant as possibe. Lots of tips and suggestions about where to visit and dine. They arranged a discount on the official website price of a boat trip. If there was a problem (such as the setting on the pool filter pump) Ianni came round very quickly to take care of it. Lots of welcome advice from Christina about where to pick the herbs from the garden and how best to use the barbecue. The facilities were of very high standard. I really could not fault the service or location or quality of the residence. I would definitely come again with my family.

Fabulous villa!

We are just waiting to board our flight back to the UK - entirely miserable to be leaving this wonderful island and, in particular, to be leaving Andromeda villa. We had never been to Zakynthos before but will definitely be returning. There is so much to see and do and the villa is perfectly positioned. Ok - you can’t walk to any beaches but don’t let this put you off. It is a few minutes drive to many great beaches - and you get the joy of returning to your haven in the hills afterwards! What made the two weeks even more special was the totally amazing hospitality from John and Christina. Even before we arrived, John was so helpful in offering advice on car rental etc. And from the moment we got to the villa, he could not have been more brilliant. From arranging a local restaurant to deliver us a meal on our first evening (the ideal way to start the trip!) to offering daily advice and suggestions of where to go and what to see/do. We have rented villas for over 20 years and have never experienced anything like this level of service. On top of this, Christina made us the most delicious supper on one of the evenings and then we were all treated to a sublime barbecue at the villa during the second week. They are the loveliest couple. The villa itself is everything you expect from the photos and much more. Honestly, if you are trying to decide whether to book this villa - don’t look any further. I guarantee you will have a magical holiday.

Des vacances réussies.

Maison très bien située, au milieu des oliviers et de la nature mais proche de superbes plages et de villages et petits commerces. Vue magnifique depuis les multiples balcons et terrasses! Intérieur vaste, agréable, très propre et bien équipé (y compris café, thé, épices, huile...). Une bouteille de vin nous attendait ! Les propriétaires Yannis et son épouse ont été très accueillants. Nous espérons y retourner bientôt¨

Stunning location and fabulous property

What a fabulous stay. Our host John and Christina could not have been more welcoming to their stunning, spotlessly clean home! Everything you need and more in a self catering luxury Villa with an amazing meal cooked by Christina mid way through our stay. John was on instant hand with recommendations of beaches and eateries, many of which we would not have found without his guidance. He was also there to plan any trips and arrange chefs if we wanted. Cannot recommend enough!!! Will definitely be back!

A Great Stay

The property was great for a group of people or a family. Private Villa with a swimming pool and plenty of space. The pictures are what you can expect. The hosts were amazing and responded to every message, even got an early check in. Views from the Villa were beautiful. Dafni beach is the best and closest beach approx 10 min drive away if your looking for a more authentic experience plus some great snorkelling. Some restaurants are also 10 mins drive away. Highly recommend this Villa and will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing week in Zakynthos

We stayed at the villa in Aug 22. From the very outset we were impressed with the house, which clearly meets the brief. It is also well kept and very clean. John and Christina were super attentive hosts and helped us organise trips including a fabulous day out on a boat. One of the highlights was also sampling Christina’s amazing home cooked food. We would definitely recommend this place and will be keen to return.

Wonderful Zante stay in Andromeda Villa

We have just spent a memorable 3 weeks at this lovely villa with friends and family of all ages. Andromeda is situated in a lovely quiet spot in the hills with fantastic sea views. It is very comfortable - the upstairs bedrooms all have great balconies, the bathrooms are very smart and everything works really well. The kitchen is well equipped, lot's of fridges and very efficient aircon throughout. The pool and BBQ area really make the Villa, sun loungers for everyone and dinner every night on the terrace, with fresh figs from the garden. The Villa is well located for all the Southern beaches which gives you plenty of options depending on whether you want busy/relaxed/water sports etc. There are plenty of excellent tavernas close by and the airport and Zante town are only 20 minutes away. Christina and Jonny could not have been more helpful, lot's of advice on restaurants, beaches, fishmongers, butchers, local wine, boat trips etc. Their hospitality really made a difference to the enjoyment and relaxation of our holiday, thank you. We would all highly recommend a visit.

Your dream villa in Zakynthos

Villa Andromeda has the most perfect location on Zakynthod. Located in a secluded spot on Potos it is situated in a natural reserve. You will be on your own with all the privacy in the world but still only 10 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches on the island like dafni, porto zorro, banana, agios nikolaos and gerakas. Very nice restaurants in the village xirokastello 5 minutes away. The villa is very well maintained. It has a splendid pool, bbq area and balconies all with view to the sea and the peloppones. Rooms are very spatious and beds comfortable. Walk in showers. All was actually even better than in the pictures. The host Iannis and his wife were very welcoming and can arrange anything you need on the island like private boat trips or wine tastings. They even prepared a greek meal for us. If you looking for a perfect villa in Zakynthos look no further.

Amazing Villa with amazing views of Ionian Sea

Me and three friends have just got home after spending a week in this villa and wow! What an amazing place, either to chill out, recharge or use as a vantage point to explore the amazing island of Zakinthos! The villa was really clean, everything worked, the pool was really big and the BBQ area was simply sublime, however a car will be needed to get to and from the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa and John who was super helpful throughout our weeks stay..

Villa Andromeda

The property was spectacular finished to a very high standard and set in olive and lemon groves with sea views from all the patio and balcony areas. Lovely pool area. Recommend anyone to rent a car. Property owner is very friendly and helpful and a perfect host always there to help . Look forward to going back. We had a fabulous relaxing time and thoroughly enjoyed our time

Top villa met schitterend uitzicht!

De villa is echt prachtig. De foto's geven de werkelijkheid goed weer. De eigenaar/host John is geweldig. Niets was hem te veel. De BBQ ruimte is heerlijk om te verblijven. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de slaapkamer met het eenpersoonsbed geen airco heeft en de ruimte met de slaapbank ook niet. Deze worden gekoeld met een ventilator. Tip die we willen geven is dat de koelkast voor het aantal gasten wat aan de kleine kant is en dat een extra koelkast, bijvoorbeeld bij de BBQ ruimte, heel handig zou zijn.

Beautiful villa

The villa was stunning and finished to a really high standard. The views were amazing from every balcony and the owners were extremely helpful, welcoming and gave really good advice about boat trips and what restaurants to go to. The bbq area is fab and has plenty of room, and the children loved the ping pong table and we all had lots of fun in the gorgeous pool. Thank you for having us John and Christina we really enjoyed our stay.
