Additionally, all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of their stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

You understand that a background check may be necessary, as outlined in your rental agreement and booking conditions.
You agree that check-in instructions may be provided upon successful completion of our verification portal.
All guests must undergo verification procedures and provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, this information must be provided within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.

Please be aware:

Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security purposes.
A Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
At present, pets are not permitted. If you plan to bring a pet, please inform us in advance to avoid cancellation.

Additionally, please note that all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and other payments made during your stay are non-refundable beyond your initial reservation costs.
