AWD or 4WD will be REQUIRED to access our cabin during winter months with the potential for snow and ice. We have a gravel road to the cabin that has a steep hill you will ascend. As long as you maintain a steady speed going up the hill it is totally manageable and you will make it just fine (don't slow down and don't gun it). Rear-wheel drive is not recommended unless the driver has experience driving on steep gravel roads.
- 7 guests max
- No house parties or events allowed
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed. You will be charged a fee, charged an additional cleaning fee, and
charged for damages

- Road conditions/storm policy/weather - this home is in a mountain location with a steep gravel driveway. Please plan your vehicle/transportation accordingly. No refunds will be given for inability to access the cabin due to road conditions. If your vacation is during the winter months, please come prepared to drive in the snow and/or ice to reach the cabin. While the driveway is typically manageable, inclement weather may arise so please reach out to us with any questions and be prepared to access the cabin in these scenarios.
-We do not provide Firewood for use, you will have to purchase this.
-Fanin county is a dry county. There are no liquor stores. You can buy wine and beer at the Ingles or Walmart in Blue Ridge, GA. They do not sell alcohol until 12:30 p.m. on Sundays.
