What we love most about this condo? we love that it's in the family-friendly city of Ocean City, NJ. We love how its only a 10 mins from the heart of the famous boardwalks, we loves all the locally owned businesses and restaurants with endless options. This Beautiful modern beach condo with room for a large family or just a large condo for a week away from busy lifestyle. 5 bedrooms. One large master bed with a King bed and a private full bath. Bedroom 2 have a bunk bed with a full-bed on bottom and a twin on top with another full mattress pull out at base. Bedroom 3 have a full bed. Bedroom 4 also have a full bed and bedroom 5 have two twins bed. All bedrooms have smart tv and there’s free wifi connection throughout the house. There are a total of three full bathrooms (one is private for the master suite). Living, dining room and kitchen all open concept layout for easy flow and great entertainment. Fully functional kitchen with stainless appliances, with some kitchen hardwares. Such as Keurig coffee machine, boiling kettle, microwave, toaster, blender. Large oval-dining room table seating for 10. Three wooden stools seating area at the semi-island countertop. Theme and decoration around the condo is beach and summer decals/ shore style furnitures. Some free parking and some Meter parking on the streets. Includes two parking spaces in the large and extra long garage that fits two regular size cars. There's a washer and dryer in the unit (must bring detergent).

Everything is on one floor, We are the first unit above the garage which is on the ground floor. Please note: There are 2 elevators in the ground floor at the side and garage entrances. Those two elevator is private elevator to second floor and third floor only. We do not have access to them.

Beach tag are required in this City, Please check Ocean City, NJ for regulations, daily and weekly prices. Tags can also be purchased on the boardwalk at selected location (cash only).

Quick Reminder to bring/pack: Personal bed sheets, blanket, comforter and pillow case. Beach towels, bath towels, and washing towels. Toilet paper, Paper towel, kitchen rags, disk soap, hand soap, washing detergent, dryer sheets, disinfectant spray, sanitize wipes. Beach chairs and umbrella can be rent on the beach. Acme supermarket is only minutes away.

Reminder: Check-in is after 2pm day of, check-out is before 10am. Please clean and return all kitchen hardwares and utensils back to original location. Make sure all furnitures are returned to original setting. There are extra towels in the bathrooms and extra kitchens rags, if you're using it please remember to clean. Please take out all trash and recycling out to the designated bin (C1) outside.
