20 Minutes to West Yellowstone. A 2 block walk to the Henry Fork.

The Little Godfrey Lodge is located in the historic community of Macks Inn of Island Park. This beautiful 2 bedroom cabin above the garage can sleep up to eight people if you are willing to climb the log ladder to the cozy loft with a full size bed above the great room and utilize the sofa bed. The rest of you will share two full bedrooms with california king beds. Little Godfrey Lodge comes with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, fireplace, hot tub & sauna. Explore Yellowstone National Park, float and fish the North Fork of the Henry or take a beautiful 2 hour drive to Grand Teton National Park. You can also rent or bring ATV/snow machines and trailers. We have lots of room/parking for all the toys. This is the perfect location for your next getaway.

Elizabeth was great and super friendly. She reached out in advance and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The place itself was very nice and our boys loved the lofted bedroom.

Wonderful stay

The property is very nice and has everything that you need. The towels are thick and the pillows are very nice and soft, everything is high quality. They even had coffee in the kitchen. The place is only 25 minutes away from Yellowstone West entrance and walking distance to the river for tubing, boating and fly fishing. The host is just right next door and they are very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Very Clean and Comfortable!

This was an excellent place to stay. It was very comfortable and close to everything. The communication was excellent and the host was available to answer any question we had. The family was visiting in the home nearby while we stayed but they didn’t take up any parking space/make any noise. The landscaping and appearance was well kept. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in each room. The kitchen was stocked with all the little things you might need and there were plenty of towels! Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

You will be hard pressed to find better hosts. They truly wanted us to be comfortable and went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we dreamed. Visiting Yellowstone was our main destination but our favorite memories will always be kayaking to spot moose and our close encounter with a mountain goat. The accommodations are very convenient for this and we were happy to be in a peaceful location. The lodge is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfy cozy after long active days. Thank you for your generous hospitality!

I am an Idaho girl. Raised on a farm and ranch west of Mountain Home. My husband is a long time resident of Idaho also. We met in Ketchum in 2021 and got married Oct of 2023. He has been in the STR business for over 15 years and manages about 100 properties in Sun Valley/Ketchum Idaho. Michael's Vacation Rentals. If you want to visit Sun Valley check out his site.
We love being host and with Mike's experience it has been fun to have the opportunity to learn and run this property.
We love to ski, hike, float the river, and ride snow machines. Mike stays real busy with improving our property and being CEO of MVR (Micheal's Vacation Rental). He is in the process right now converting an out building into a workout room with an infrared sauna. We are calling it our little jewelry box in the yard. I love to cook, knit, sew, organize family reunions/gatherings and be in the outdoors as much as I can.
We are active in the community at Island Park. Mike is the head of the steering committee for our Little Church In The Pines. I am the lead for all the Parties/Activities for the church. I am also involved with the Targhee Women's Club and Island Park Outreach. Both organizations support the community and take care of the needs of our citizens. To say the least we stay real busy.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After we got married we decided to find a property outside of Sun Valley/Ketchum to use as a STR. We started in Darby MT, spent 2 days looking at properties and nothing excited us.
We had an extra day so we decided to head over to Island Park. I got on Zillow and found this property to look at. We fell in love with it immediately. So after several months of negotiation we purchased it. Little did we know that it is my opinion in the best location in Island Park. I don't believe we picked the neighborhood or the property it picked us.
