Great Stay

Very clean, all you need to enjoy your stay is there, easy access to the beach, great seafood restaurants close by, the owners keep in touch to make sure your stay is hassle free.

Beautiful property - Great location

Had a great long weekend for Memorial Day! Property was exactly as described and very clean. Entry door is a little awkward due to the floor plan but nothing major. Kitchen well stocked except no Tupperware or mixing bowls - would recommend adding these. Would 100% recommend.

Most relaxing stay with an amazing view!

If you’re looking for a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful view and get away from the crowds of people during the busy tourist season this is it! This location is beautifully done, with all the amenities needed. Stacy/Rick are quick to respond if you ever have to reach out. Stacy is very pleasant to speak with and very accommodating if I needed anything. The porch is perfect for lounging as you have your morning coffee while enjoying the view of the beach, the sound of the waves, and feel the breeze. Not to mention it’s right on the beach so if you decide venture to the waves it’s not a far walk back to the rental. I was extremely happy with my stay and very much look forward to going back in the future. 10/10 DO RECOMMEND!!

Best Location Hands Down

I have stayed at Nautical Watch 212 twice now with plans to go back again next year. This condo is a paradise. It’s ideal for relaxing but in just the right area to go out to have fun too. Stacy and Rick go above and beyond if anything ever arises and always respond quickly. If you’re considering this as your next vacation spot DO IT!! The photos are exactly what you see when you get there with no unexpected surprises. Hands down my favorite beach spot, it’s not overly crowded yet you’re not completely isolated. The view from the balcony is perfect for relaxing days or enjoying your morning coffee. And when you get tired of the beach there is the option of the pool. It’s always clean, neat, and organized. Stacy and Rick also have went out of their way to add the instructions for the tv/wifi and have other household items already in the cabinets ready for you to use which helps. 10/10 would recommend.

We maintain the cleanliness and hospitality standards in our condo to match what we would expect when we stay in one ourselves.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is a corner unit providing an amazing view. We were looking for a unit with the best view and this condo was exactly what we were looking for in an oceanfront 1 bedroom condo. A view of the ocean from the balcony and the side windows was just what we wanted. And hearing the ocean waves from the balcony relaxes all beachgoers.
