This comfortable two-bedroom, one-bathroom getaway is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some downtime.

This versatile space is ideal for holidaymakers, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Enjoy a peaceful, private environment while saving significantly compared to cramped hotel rooms or sublets. Step out and explore Grand Forks’ vibrant dining scene, with a variety of restaurants and pubs just a short stroll away. Complimentary WiFi keeps you connected throughout your visit, and the apartment is nestled within a serene seven plex. All utilities are included, and plentiful parking is available: two cars can park at the rear, with additional on-street parking also available for your convenience. Please note that street cleaning day is usually Wednesday—do not park on the street that day, as you will be ticketed.

If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Before departure, we kindly request that you turn off all lights and ensure all dishes you’ve used are cleaned. Please avoid leaving leftover food on plates or in the refrigerator; dispose of it in the garbage.

For bedsheets and used towels, please remove only the bedsheets and place them, along with dirty towels, in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.

Red 5 House Rules

To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these rules:

Only registered guests are permitted inside the apartment. Please provide the names of all guests before arrival.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and be respectful of neighbors and other residents.
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Please do not move, damage, or remove furniture or other items from the property.
Wash used dishes and dispose of leftover food and garbage properly.
Parking for up to two vehicles is available behind the building. Additional street parking may be available.
Observe all posted parking restrictions, especially during Wednesday street cleaning, to avoid receiving a ticket.
Report any damage, maintenance issue, water leak, or safety concern to the host immediately.
Before checkout, turn off all lights and appliances and securely close all doors and windows.
Place used bedsheets and towels in the provided bag under the kitchen counter.
Lock the apartment door and return the key to the lockbox at checkout.
Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or rule violations during their stay.
