This brand new apartment is ideally situated on W Hancock Avenue in the heart of downtown Athens! This unit is perfect for game days, relaxing weekends, or a fun getaway. This space has luxury hardwood floors, top of the line finishes, a walk in-shower, and a fully outfitted kitchenette. There is no on-site parking offered, but there is ample street parking and surface lots near by. This unbeatable location is a short walk away from UGA's Arch, Sanford Stadium, and all of the best that the Classic City has to offer!

Beautiful accommodations in every way. The only drawback was there is no place to hang clothes and zero places to park which required us to park at the main office which was a 14min walk uphill

We loved our stay! Great location, very clean and such a comfortable room with a yummy coffee shop just steps away! Only recommendation is to ask if there is anything going on at the adjacent fraternity house. They had an all day party on the Saturday we were there and it was pretty loud. But we were busy enjoying the town that it didn't disrupt our time too much. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our kids at UGA!

I was completely obsessed with this property. If I could copy & paste the design into my home, I would. The bathroom is even bigger than it appears. Everything has been well thought through with all the amenities you need. Loved the convenient location to downtown stops & being able to pop into the coffee shop in the morning. Property was plenty dark when it came time to sleep & the bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan was strong but quiet. The host was friendly & provided helpful instructions that covered everything I was wondering about. I was sad to leave & would stay here again!

Very good room/condo. Power Circuit tripped a few times. I was able to reset easily but other guests may run into problems. Would stay again.

Not a lot to complain about. Loved the place and location. Would stay there again. The only downside is the lack of parking on location. Kind of a pain to find parking on nearby street.

Great location!

The property is in a great location on the west end of downtown, close enough to walk to everything but mostly out of the noise of game weekend downtown Athens. The hosts are diligent and responsive and the interior of the place is brand new. We’d definitely stay again for another game weekend.

Location can't be beat. the place is new and very nicely appointed. Chase was excellent at communicating and the few things that need to be addressed as a new place will be. Will definitely stay again.

Brand New, Great Location!

Fantastic location and very well-appointed room in the middle of everything Athens has to offer. We took a 2 minute walk to find a place to watch the UGA/Kentucky game and went from there. You won't be disappointed in the room or the location....the fact that everything is new is just a huge bonus! Highly recommend!

Luxurious Stay in the Heart of Athens – Our New Go-To!

My husband and I, along with our adult son who stayed in the unit next door, had a wonderful stay at Hancock House while visiting our youngest son, a freshman at UGA. The property is beautiful with luxury amenities, including plush bedding, high-quality towels, and tasteful decor that made our stay feel truly special. The location is ideal, within walking distance of downtown Athens’ restaurants and bars, making it perfect for exploring the area. The coffee shop, Foxtail, was not open yet, but that will be a nice amenity as well. But no worries, as we discovered a wonderful breakfast spot a block away called Big City Bread Cafe - highly recommend! The only small downside is the lack of a closet for hanging clothes, but that didn’t detract from our overall experience. We look forward to making Hancock House our go-to spot for the next four years of visits!
