Light, bright and spacious Heritage Villa in the heart of Sea Pines. Welcoming 3 Master-Bedroom Suite villa w/ cathedral ceilings & deck. Just a 5 minute walk from the world-renown Harbourtown w/ shops, restaurants and live music for all ages. 8 minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Beautiful shared pool, golf, tennis & pickleball, bike trails, lagoon w/ gazebo for nature watching, amenities and beyond. Your perfect getaway or family vacation.
Perfect location close to Harbourtown and to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Pool is just steps away. Steps to the 1st Hole of the Championship Harbortown Golf Course. Sea Pines Trolley is just steps away and neighborhood coffee shop a 5 minute walk. Centrally located in the heart of Sea Pines, yet tucked away for rest and relaxation.
The villa is 1750 square feet with cathedral ceilings in the living room to the upstairs sitting area. Three story windows flood the upstairs loft with natural light. One master suite bedroom and on-suite bathroom is on the first floor. Additional two master suite bedrooms each with on-suite bath are on the second floor. Dining room with table seating for 6-8. Kitchen with starter cooking supplies. Maximum number of guests is 6.
Upgraded high-speed WIFI. Expanded cable TV with Showtime movie channels. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. We provide a starter pack of toilet tissue, paper towels, dish towels, dish soap, and a dishwasher pod. Bath towels, bath amenities and linens are also provided. Each bedroom has its own on-suite full bathroom. Kitchen basics including coffee filters, sugar, creamer, and spices are also provided. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available for guest use. Beach towels are not provided.
There is a nominal gate fee to enter Sea Pines that is not included in the cost of this rental. ($22-25/week).
Maximum number of guests is 6. Please, no pets.
