In October 2025, we expanded our first-floor living area by an amazing 120 sq. ft., making Sandy Bottoms 10b one of the largest one-bedroom townhouses in the Resort! We're always updating and enhancing our space. We've installed a stunning wall-to-wall glass door on the first floor, complete with LARGE screen doors, ensuring a BUG-FREE experience while you soak in the breathtaking views. Our townhouse offers unparalleled 5-star views with accommodations like you have at home.  A spectacular 220° panoramic view of the endless skies and the majestic blue seas from our second-floor patio. We proudly boast the BEST views among the one-bedroom townhomes!

Our commitment to cleanliness is unwavering.  We have our own private cleaning staff and offer luxurious bed sheets and towels.  Since this a home to us, we continuously enhance and upgrade our unit to ensure top-notch quality and comfort.  For added convenience, we provide coolers, beach chairs, and snorkel gear.

Our townhouse is situated in a tranquil area.  It's only a short 30-second walk to the resort's salt-water pool, ensuring convenience while still maintaining peace and privacy. Positioned between two staircases leading to the turquoise waters, and in close proximity to a shaded gazebo perfect for unwinding. The master bedroom suite on the second floor has been expanded by 40% and features a balcony with an awning, providing breathtaking views of the ocean. A custom-made desk/drawer combination is ideal for a home office setup, complete with high-speed WIFI and hard-wired internet. Upgraded amenities such as wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, screened windows, and a new louvered kitchen entrance enhance ventilation and security. The townhouse comes fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a large fridge with an icemaker, microwave-air fryer combo, blender, toaster, cooktop, smart TV, instant hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, dining areas on the balcony and lanai, and a charcoal grill. Divers will find the extra rod and equipment hangers in the first-floor bathroom particularly useful. Linens, towels, pool/beach towels, and secure storage are provided, with a contact person available for assistance throughout the day.
