Step inside and be greeted by tall ceilings, stunning 150-year-old tobacco barn beams, and beautiful old wood details throughout, adding a warm touch to every room. A spiral staircase leads you up to the loft bedroom, where you`ll find a comfortable queen size bed for a peaceful night`s sleep .Also upstairs, the full bathroom features a classic clawfoot tub, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration.

The living room is open to the fully equipped kitchen, which includes an electric range, microwave, coffee pot, and dining table with seating for four—perfect for meals or planning your next adventure. Unwind in the living room with a smart TV for your entertainment, and if you need extra sleeping space, the queen-sized pull-out couch provides added comfort.

Located in Pinebluff, you`ll be less than a 5-mile drive to downtown Aberdeen, 12-minutes to the Village of Pinehurst and 15-minutes to downtown Southern Pines, where you can explore local shops and dining. HOUSE RULES & PET POLICY

- Smoking & Vaping Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana/cannabis, and vaping devices.

Evidence of smoking or marijuana use inside the property will result in a $2,500 USD penalty, plus any additional remediation, cleaning, or damage costs.
Parties, Events & Gatherings Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted at the property.

- Construction Crews & Workforce Housing Construction crews, contractor crews, and workforce/employee housing are not permitted.

Reservations may not be made for the purpose of housing construction workers, subcontractors, trade crews, or other work crews. Third-party bookings made on behalf of a construction or work crew are also prohibited.

Reservations found to violate this rule may be subject to cancellation in accordance with the booking platform’s policies.

- Registered Guests Only Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of everyone included in their reservation.

- Pet Policy Dogs are welcome when approved and properly declared before the stay. Cats are not permitted.

Pets are not permitted on beds, couches, chairs, bedding, or any other furniture at any time.

The pet fee covers the standard additional cleaning associated with having an approved pet in the home. It does not cover excessive cleaning required to remove pet hair, stains, odors, or other pet-related messes from furniture, bedding, linens, or elsewhere in the property.

If pets are found to have been on furniture or bedding and additional cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

- Damage, Missing Items & Excessive Cleaning Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, smoke or marijuana remediation, pet-related cleaning, and any other costs beyond normal use resulting from their stay.

By completing the reservation and staying at the property, guests agree to follow these rules throughout their stay
