The Space

This second-floor condo is accessible via stairs or an elevator. As you enter the front door, you'll find a well-stocked, modern kitchen. To the left is the guest bedroom, which sleeps five guests comfortably with a full-size bed (and single trundle) and a twin bunk bed. Adjacent to the guest bedroom is a full bathroom featuring a bath tub and shower combination.

Further into the condo, you'll find the primary bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower. The living room offers cozy seating and another flat screen smart TV.

Just off the living room, step onto the screened-in porch overlooking the community pond and fountain, complete with patio furniture and a hammock swing for your relaxation. Enjoy the peaceful views and unwind in this inviting outdoor space.

The condo includes a stackable washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, as well as provided sheets and bath towels for your convenience. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and boogie boards are available for your use as well.
