The Pura Vida Townhouse is a perfect getaway . It is on a hilltop just a kilometer away from beautiful Ocotal Beach and 3 kilometers from downtown Coco. It is very private and quiet , with great views and almost everything is new in this condo . The complex is being worked on and some pools and painting will be taking place through 2017 .

This is a very private hillside condo complex with only a few neighbors . The pool is located on a lower level in the same complex . There is a BBQ area and a big hammock for guests use .
The evenings are cool and the days are hot most of the year .
It is an uphill climb to the condo and is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach .
The Pura Vida Complex is next to Villa La Colina /Dolce Vita. These complexes are modern clean and well maintained .
It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and a bike , car, or taxi is recommended to go to downtown Coco .
Public buses are available in Coco.
This Pura Vida Unit is comfortable , quiet , very private , and has only a few neighbors .
Guest access
Guests will have access to 1 pool and a large BBQ área . Self parking right outside the front door .Small private patio on back porch and a new washing machine as well .
Ocotal Beach is a short walk and Father Roosters and Ocotal Resort are the closest restaurants .Ocotal Beach has great snorkeling and there is a dive shop and fishing boats available for daily excursions .
Other things to note
No Smoking in the condo . Please conserve on wáter and electric use .
Hills are steep and the days are hot so bring wáter and take it easy on the first walks .
