Chalet Chic 2-Bedroom + Queen Sofa Bed, 2.5 Blocks to Central Gondola
Merely 2.5 blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola, walk to everything. European chalet charm with contemporary touches including recessed lights, fixtures from Restoration Hardware, smart electronics from Legrand, and cushions/furniture imported from the French Alps. Gracious living on two floors, this two bedroom condo feels more like a home. Boutique building is second door down on a cul de sac / dead end street. Surrounded by plenty of trees, while also only 2 blocks to the grocery store.
Ben was so quick with everything and made the trip wonderful. The location is wonderful and walking distance to anything. Would definitely stay here again for the next trip to aspen.
Wonderful spot for experienced skiers wanting to ski Aspen Mountain. If you are a beginner you would benefit being closer to Snowmass or Buttermilk. Accommodations where wonderful and the host was responsive to any issues we had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Aspen downtown area.
Very smooth process and Ben is always available if you need anything. The cost was reasonable and the location is close to all things Aspen including the gondola. We had a fantastic time.
This property was perfect for our 3 night trip. My husband and I enjoyed walking everywhere- great location! We felt comfortable and it was very quiet. This older property has been updated and parking was easy. The staircase mentioned in another review is steep for elders and small kids, but it was just fine for us and our dog. Our host was super friendly and accommodating also. I recommend this property.
We really enjoyed our stay at 914 Waters. This was our first time staying at a Vrbo in Aspen and we were very pleased with this choice. We loved the location and the layout of the condo. It was very clean, quiet, and private, which was perfect for celebrating a romantic wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved the wood burning fireplace, so cozy! Ben was an awesome host. He was friendly and helpful, and very easy to work with. We would definitely like to come back and stay here again in the future.
Great location for hiking and eating out!! Property cute and comfortable, but needs a warning for older people and dogs climbing steep narrow stairway to bedrooms!! Parking situation needs to come with a permit. We only got a warning but saw others who got $50 parking feee for being there over 2 hrs Thanks for the good stay!!
This is a small, yet affordable home that slept five of us comfortably. It was easy to walk a few blocks to town, the store or to hike the Ute. A quiet block with some stellar homes on it. Only challenge was the stairs are steep and a little scary. No problems, just something to navigate.
As advertised. Few âIâ s need dotted & âtâs crossed. Curtains cover baseboard heat resulting in uneven heating during polar vortex stay. Lacking cutlery, stemware & kitchen towels and pot holders.
Georgetown alumni and professional investor living in Greenwich, CT. Iâve been coming out to Aspen for years and would be delighted to support you throughout your stay.
No need for a car given proximity. Grocery store is 1.5 blocks away, walk to the slopes and restaurants. Despite all of the downtown core amenities, the neighborhood is treelined.
The property was freshly renovated in 2021 in the spirit of mountain chic. You will feel comfortable and cozy, this property has a fireplace and a European towel warmer. The place is stocked with Molton Brown toiletries and Nest candles.
