VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Pool Heat: From October 1st-May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75/Day. The pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar.



Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The property is situated in a perfect location in Destin. On the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive, only about 300 yards to a beautiful beach access . Commanders Retreat is located close to Destin’s premier shopping and dining district of the "Destin Commons", and the adjacent shopping developments in "Paradise Key"; which is an easy bike ride, or just a short drive away... yet far enough away not to impede upon your beach atmosphere at home.



The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin’s best beach area and The Beach House is located in the nicest and most convenient part of Crystal Beach! Park your car until you`re ready to drive it home if you can bring yourself to leave!



Getting Around:

You can drive, walk, get a bicycle rental or golf cart rental. With the area to the home being central, you are just moments away from all the best that Destin has to offer!.



Other Things to Note:

College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception to family vacations.*



During the summer months, please note that if the main doors and windows are not shut while running the AC, the unit will freeze. Please ensure you keep doors and windows closed to prevent loss of AC flow.



Free concierge services- our concierge can help you plan the vacation of a lifetime!



Starter set of supplies. We will get you started and you take it from there! Includes 1-2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag per trash can, travel size dish soap, and dish washing liquid. These items are meant to get guests settled in. Once items have been used, its guests responsibility to replenish items.



This home has a private gas grill.

With our office open 7 days a week, its easy to get in contact with us. You can send us a direct email or call us. Within the first 24 hours, we do ask that if upon arriving to the home, it needs the attention of our housekeeping staff or maintenance team members, you notify the office. We like to ensure all matters are dealt with swiftly so your stay is not interrupted.
