Availability Note: We have a 5-night minimum June through September 8th. The rest of the year we range 3–4 night minimum.

Pool is OPEN April 25 – October 28.
Hot Tub is OPEN year-round.
Both are professionally maintained twice a week.
Pool heat available for an additional fee.

Other things to note

Please Note:

1. The booking individual must be 25 years of age or older.

2. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during this time. No events or parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for a minor.

3. This property is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. We ask that guests remove all pet waste and dispose of it in outdoor trash. Keep pets leashed. Do not leave a pet unattended without a crate if any issues could occur. We will charge guest damage fees and submit photos to the booking platform that may affect future travel.

4. No smoking or vaping inside the home. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 per day.

5. Please respect our neighbors. While you may be on vacation, our neighbors are living and working their daily lives. If our neighbors communicate serious issues with us, we will end the booking immediately.

6. There is a $500 fee for missing or stolen bikes. Please use the locks for the bikes when out and about. They are expensive to replace.

Damage Protection – Peace of Mind for Your Stay

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages—like spills, scratches, or a broken dish—so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
