Relax on the patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or take a swim in the heated pool after table tennis or billiards in game rooms. Maybe you prefer the lounging areas while cooking your dinner in the stone charcoal BBQ. Wake up and stroll directly across the street to the intracoastal park to watch the sun rise over the water before a light workout in the exercise room that contains weights and cardiovascular equipment. Enjoy fishing on the pier a short walk away or on the docks across the street. Several dining options are in walking distance, or perhaps you prefer a serene stroll to the sea birds sanctuary a few minutes down the beach. Finish your day with an evening stroll on the beach for the sunsets.
Whatever your preference you can find it on the beach, along the intracoastal, or along the 15 mile drive to downtown St. Petersburg or 30 miles to Tampa.
The condo is fully furnished with a queen bed and queen size sleeper sofa. One full bath room with bath/shower is in the bedroom suite with an additional half bathroom off of the living area. There is a full kitchen and separate dining table. The main room has seating for 6 with cable tv, a DVD player, and wifi. The dining table seats 4 with 2 additional folding chairs stored for guests.
No pets are allowed and only long term renters, to keep the grounds more quiet and private. The parking garage curb vehicle weight limit is 4700 pounds with a covered parking space. The grounds are gated with a 24 hour guard. There is a washer and dryer unit on each floor of the building. Water, electric, wifi and cable are included.
