Bed Bugs and Poor Cleaning

Let me start off by saying that even the pictures online are less than appealing, but none the less, the Spanish style home and beach view was what drew my attention. Upon arrival the “included” services such as driver, chef and daily cleaning was a joke, there would have been a better way to buy everything yourself and we will do our least to accommodate and get your request. The showers were old and mildewy. There was mold and hair in the drains and around the toilet. The first night my husband got bit by something after only feeling comfortable enough to sleep on top of the sheets. We instabtlu notified the host and all they could say was that bugs are apart of the location and region and the weather causes creatures as well. FINE! But the cleanliness has nothing to do with those things. We tried to power through but by the second day of our 4 day trip we had enough. The driver supplied was lazy and rude. The cleaners stayed on site at the property and would randomly be up late evenings walking through the house while we were sleeping. But the mid day on day two we requested to be moved to another location. Because we were told that there is no option for refund because we didn’t notify them in a timely manner, we had to spend another 2-3k on finding another place to stay. This place is a scam and not at all worth the almost 4,000 dollars we spent to stay. Find another place and don’t waste your time.

Trip to paradise

Our host was very friendly and was there for anything we needed. Rental have beautiful spaces, pool is amazing, very clean and well kept property. Rooms are comfortable. Our driver and concierge went above and beyond during our stay, so the group had a really good time, highly recommended.

Great amenities

We enjoyed our stay in this property and in Sosua. Pool was amazing and the view was perfect. Lots of places to see. Everyone was so friendly and helpful with us. Property is very comfortable, we loved the pool table, perfect before going out to clubs. This is a great place to stay.

Great Time!

Good House

Waking up on this house was the best, great views to catch. The property have everything you could need in a rental. The property have great amenities, cleaning lady was very nice, such a good person. The pool was amazing, the group loved it here and the sosua nightlife is very very fun, lots of beautiful people, good bars and clubs to visit, we had a great time and would definitely be coming back.

Birthday Trip

This place was amazing! The photos don't do it justice… good views and great space. Theses guys were fantastic, very responsive, and always available to us. They helped with everything, and our driver was the best, very nice and cool dude. A really 10 of 10 experience. Would recommend to everyone… Best Birthday Trip Ever!!!

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful, the staff is excellent, and the excursions were great! I felt safe and catered to my entire stay. I highly recommend including a chef in your stay, the food was amazing!

Perfect vacation

The views are beautiful. All services were excellent, cleaning lady, driver, concierge and more, wonderful staff. Sosua have so many things to do, delicious food and entertaining nights. Rooms were very comfortable, with everything you need. Hammocks to relax, and a nice pool spend the day, with a drink in hand, of course. theses guys are very accommodating. We were very happy, definitely a vacation to remember.

Awesome time in this rental.

What a great time we had here. Sosua is perfect, the beach, the food, everything was amazing. This property is excellent, big and private, after a long day of activities coming back to this house was the best, the pool was awesome, the outdoor grill too, all the rooms were comfortable, and the house is hooked up with everything you need; With theses guys you don't have to worry about much. It was a pleasure booking with you, thanks for the services and the attentions. Highly Recommended.

Amazing!!!

My party and I were lucky enough to spend a few day in this property celebrating a bachelor party!, with a great package that we created with these guys. The staff was amazing, helped a lot. Cleaning lady always so nice and professional. The Chef service was excellent, food was delicious. We had such a pleasant stay, I had zero complaints from my group. Our concierge was the best, and all the activities exceeded our expectations, especially the night tour, what a great night, cool bars, excellent drinks and beautiful people. The Property is big and all rooms are comfortable, great amenities, the pool was amazing, with a good view. Thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended.

Wonderful weekend!

We spend the most wonderful weekend in this house. We were treated so right, anything that we needed, we just had to ask and it would be done. We got used to this very quickly. The house was very clean and nice kept, every meal made by our chef was delicious. Bedrooms were spacious and clean, some. with a view. We loved Sosua, the beach there is amazing, we did some changes in our activities but everything went great, these guys took care of everything for us! I would recommend this property to everybody, and definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience

I stayed at this property with a group of friends. We were a big group and we all fit great. The rental is beautiful and have a great view. This rental has great amenities, cleaning lady was good, our concierge and driver, was excellent. We had an amazing time. The pool was great. Sosua nightlife is very active, lots of bars to go. We all had fun, so thank you for everything, hope to be back soon.

Big group, awesome time

We rented this property for a bachelor party celebration. We were a group of 10 people, including me, and the property was perfect! There was enough space for all of us. The property is excellent located. Didn't have to worry about renting a car, plus with the driver service (included in our package) whenever we needed something the got it covered. From the house, you have an excellent view of the pool and the ocean. All the bedrooms are really comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for the group, which it was great when we were all trying to get ready for the party. We spent some of the time in the outdoor area which was great, the pool was amazing, outdoor grill, hammock and more. There was also a room with a pool table and a TV; we enjoyed that. The big kitchen had everything you could need, not that we used a lot, cuz we got the chef service, but everything that the group needed, was there. Customer service was so helpful. Before arrival, we had lots of questions, and they helped us through all of them. We would thoroughly recommend this property!

Amazing trip!!!

We were very excited for renting this place, and it was worth the wait, this property has all the amenities and accommodations necessary for having an excellent stay, we didn't need anything because the house was fully packed. Cozy house, comfortable bedrooms, very clean, and private. Big and well-kept outdoors, great for hanging out and watch the sunset. Sosua, you treat us well and we will be definitely coming back, this was the best vacation I had ever take, me and my party didn't wanted to leave, great times with friends of a lifetime, its the best.

Here we go again Sosua!

This rental is excellent, from the start we knew this was going to be a vacation full of exciting moments, TopBachelorParty knows how to make you have fun, they worked with us from the first email, taking all our concerns, making adjustments to our plan, and they were very understanding when we had to make a few changes. The villa was very clean, and everything was provided as described in the information. We felt like kings of the world; we had zero worries during our vacations. Sosua is a beautiful town to know, every day you have something fun to do, and the nightlife never ends, we partied until the sun was up, they have tons of bar with a different kind of music, so you have many options to choose, and the food is incredible. So, about the rental, all the rooms had everything, we didn't have any complaints with that, big kitchen with even more that what we needed, pool table, nice touch, the pool was big and delicious, very private house with amazing views.

Perfect villa

Absolutely flawless stay. Easy arrived and easy check in. This property is exactly as described with some pretty cool views. This house is private, where you can have all the fun you want, all bedrooms are nice and comfortable, lots of space in the living room for our party could chill, lots of fun playing on the pool table, hammock on the oustside, we had to fight for it, lol, amazing outdoor spaces. This mansion accommodate a large group of guys and we all had a good time, the chef service ( we hired) was excellent. We felt secure the whole time, the beach is fantastic, the people of Sosua are kind and beautiful, wish we had more time to stay, thanks to all.
