The Indian Lodge in Sunset Valley on the White River

Located on the Majestic banks of the Arkansas White River and nestled on the board of . the Ozark – St. Francis National Forest. Enjoy our brand new rustic, family friendly Indian Lodge. It comes with wonderful Trout fishing from the river bank with easy access, available at the rear of our property.

Our Indian Lodge is BRAND NEW! Construction was finished in June of in 2024.

Our Indian Lodge is a open living space, fully furnished, including all kitchen appliances, Washer, Dryer, 300MB Fiber WiFi, Smart TV. Phone, with unlimited calling. Great for the whole family.

It features a 1,500 SF first floor with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full bathrooms with tub/showers, Laundry room, Large living room, Dinning room, Modern Kitchen and a great Work Station. The second level loft is a 1,000 SF, open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each bedroom has 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. Each bathroom is full bath with 36" walk-in shower. The second level loft bedrooms come with privacy curtains at each King size bed.

Our Lodge is Great for Families, Couples, Bikers, Fishermen, Mtn. Bikers, Hikers and many more activities. Great for a couple or nice for the whole family. Plenty of firewood to enjoy the fire pit overlooking the White River. Plenty of LP Gas for your grilling needs. Keurig coffee maker but no K-Cups. A regular coffee maker with filters. Plenty of condiments for food preparation in the kitchen. Log into Pandora, Netflix and Amazon Prime via your account. WiFi calling on you Cell phones work well. Be sure to enable WiFi calling on your smart phone.

Private, covered, 480 sft screened in rear porch overlooking Majestic Arkansas White River with comfortable seating and more. Covered front porch 180 sft.

Lots of level parking for cars and motorcycles. Paved access roads with a gravel drive! All very level. Fantastic roads for day trips on your motorcycles, sports cars or your favorite ride.

Well to the best part! You are located in a quiet river life neighborhood in the Ozark – St. Francis National Forest. This rustic cabin is 10 minutes from Jack's Resort and Angler's Resort. They both have great restaurants and offer boat rentals, Fishing guide services and float trips.
