Welcome home to No.10 an extraordinary 2 bedroom boutique house in the heart of Bristol perfect for Stay, Work and Play.

Have fun with the whole family or friends at this stylish place. Designed for Short, medium and long-term stay options, No.10 is comfortable and beautifully appointed
Work
Your flexible live-work location in the heart of the city. Rooms with desginated work area providing great views
Play
Find a good slug of restaurants, bars, cafes, Theatre, Cinema all within a few miles.
The space
No.10 is designed to feel calm and luxurious, with space for dining and catching up with friends or family. Strong and fast WIFI is available throughout the property. The house is fully central heated with running hot water.
The spacious lounge offers a smart TV, with foldaway dining and a connecting door leading to the kitchen.
The kitchen is cosy but modern, and fully equipped for cooking up a storm! A microwave, kettle, toaster, airfryer, washer dryer, washing machine tablets, an iron and ironing board are provided. So also is Tea, coffee, sugar.
The garden offers a patio area providing extra dining space and grassed area with a trampoline for enjoying sunny days!
Upstairs you'd find two comfortable double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bathroom offers a waterfall shower, vanity sink area with sensor mirror. Hairdryer, bathmat, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also provided.
Room one has a queen bedroom, dressing table, mirrors, cloth storage and blackout curtains.
Room two offers a double bed with views overlooking tranquil fields.
There is private off-street parking and free parking
No.10 is a rarity in the area, Located right on the path of the Airport Flyer and bus route to Bristol Temple Meads Station, Dundry Hills, Bath, Wells & Glastonbury.
We can provide cleaning services for trips longer than one week at a fee to be paid in cash to the cleaner
A travel cot can also be requested in advance.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and can self check with codes that will be provided!

If early check in or late check out is requested, we may accommodate this when possible. Fees may apply to cover cleanerâs costs.
