Tucked away in the Cane Island Estates gated community on the White River, this quaint getaway offers all the conveniences of home along with an ideal setting for world-class trout fishing! The secluded neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and great for a morning stroll down Cane Island Road. You can appreciate all of the well-maintained and updated homes in the area as well as the woodland scenery.

You will feel right at home in this craftsman style home with a large screened-in patio for outdoor relaxing and socializing! Take advantage of the private deck's fishing and swimming opportunities from the back yard. Although the water stays cool year round, it feels great in the summer heat to just put in your feet.

Have a guide pick you up for a day of fishing with a few steps down to the river out back or just wade in the river for some fly fishing. There are a variety of fishing guides in the area that specialize in fly fishing. We would love to give recommendations at your request. There is also a community boat launch just a few lots down from the house to put in your boat.

Directly across the river is Gaston’s White River Resort and Restaurant where you can pull right up in a boat to dine for the evening or use the grill outback to cook up your catch of the day.

Enjoy the feel of the breeze, the cleansing scent of rain or just the sounds of nature on the screened patio as you unwind on the large porch swing with a cup of coffee as you watch the river flow by.

Take a trip down the road to discover the Bull Shoals Caverns or spend the day on the Bull Shoals Lake. There is no shortage of things to do in the Twin Lakes area with the wildlife, rivers, streams and lakes in the Natural State of Arkansas.

Once your day is done, sit back and relax as you watch the sun setting over the river behind the house. And just before bed, toast some s'mores and make some memories by smokeless fire pit to cap off your evening!

The house offers tranquil and serene views. As you step inside, you can see the beautiful White River through the large, floor to ceiling picture window just in the living room. Directly ahead of you is the wide hardwood staircase that takes you to the second floor.

To your right is the half-bath and the bright, clean laundry room with iron, ironing board and washing supplies such as laundry soap, fabric softener and laundry booster powder.

Left of the front entryway is the clean and nicely decorated L-shaped kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook. It has been fully stocked with supplies for your ease and convenience. Everyone can eat together at the dining table that seats 8. Hardwood and tile cover the first floor making for a clean and comfortable stay.

You will find yourself getting cozy quickly in the living room on the sofa. There is high speed, fiber optic internet, free Wi-Fi and Amazon Prime Video available to you. The living room has ample lighting including a stylish chandelier and plenty of natural light coming through the windows. It has tasteful decor, open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace in the living room. The stylish functionality flows like easy conversation onto the kitchen.
The peaceful ensuite primary bedroom, conveniently located on the main-floor, is roomy and luxurious. In addition to the convenience of the private bathroom, you will find plenty of walk-in closet space for luggage and bags. A sitting area works as yet another functional component at the foot of the bed. With a gorgeous view of the White River as you look out the floor to ceiling picture window, you may not want to get out of bed.

The master bath and upstairs bath are stocked with travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and bar soap. There are plenty of clean wash, hand and bath towels as well as a hair dryer located under the cabinet.

Upstairs you will find the other bedrooms, all unique and rich with closet space ready for guests. The second bedroom is private and has a queen size bed. It is spacious and beautiful with USB ports on both nightstands for charging and seating for convenience. The third bedroom has 3 twin beds each with a USB charger and personal night light. A sitting chair and a table top are there for use of a laptop for your convenience This room has lots of natural light that comes in and a lovely view outside.

An attached garage is especially convenient during precipitation or for taking off waders after fishing. Spacious and clean, the garage can be a great place to put your fishing gear.
